They thought, maybe he will cry but not on stage. Any other way, they were proven wrong as the maknae shed quite the tears as he was doing his ment.

Taehyung stood kinda far away so he wasn't an option. Because he just can't go all the way to Jungkook and hug him, soothe him okay.
So, Jungkook's lover is a no.

Jimin, the most affectionate out of seven seemed to be swallowed by the sudden change of mood. He looked like he was about to cry himself so Jimin is an another no.

All left was those currently closest to Jungkook.
Jin on his left and Namjoon on his right.

The parents of the group shared glances at each other, debating who should go and help comforting the maknae.

Their glances spoke like this
"Namjoon, our baby is crying."
"You go comfort him, hyung."
"No, you should go."
"Mom is the one who always comfort kids when they cry!"
"But kids usually go to their dad! C'mon, Namjoon he's our baby! Just a hug would do."

And when Namjoon sighed in defeat, Jin grinned victoriously.
He then watched as Namjoon gently patted Jungkook on the back before pulling him into a hug.
Seokjin caught Namjoon's eyes on him again and he smiled brightly, "You're the best daddy they can ever ask for."

And the dad only shook his head.

"History of a daddy winning over mom never existed."
