AUTHOR'S NOTE:

This is a quick drabble that I had to write before the plot got away from me. The ending feels a bit rushed but hopefully it still has a good flow.

Thanks for reading!

Youngji is in the middle of a rare “no-schedule” day at home, for which she is taking full advantage. She does not intend to leave her room, let alone her house for the whole day.  In fact, her plan to remove her connection to outside the world for a full 24 hours is well underway.

As soon as she woke up this morning, Youngji promptly powered down her hand phone and tucked it away in her nightstand.  Her parents and unnie already left for Coffee Terior and they agreed not to contact her at home, unless it was an emergency, fully supporting her much needed time to herself.

A beat passes followed by a realization. “Hold on a second…how did you get inside the house!”

“Seolma! You are not answering any of my phone calls or texts.” Jackson exclaims.  “Do you know how worried I was? So, I called [Songyeon] noona and stopped by the coffee shop.  She gave me the passcode for the front door.”

Youngji shook her head in disbelief, “Yah, I can’t believe unnie gave out the passcode just like that.”

“What’s the big deal?  We used to be roommates.  Plus, your mom said it was okay.”  Jackson reveals and Youngji sighs. Sometimes, she feels like her family is more Jackson’s than it is hers. “Besides, I wanted to g
