So, I ate a lot today, lol. That's ok, I can work it off tonight, hehehe and I'll eat better the rest of the week
Plus, I ate so little most of last week, so yeah
Anyways, this is my last week doing the workout routines I created. Afterwards, I'll have to change it because I'm going to a summer program for six weeks, the same one I went to last year. Except, I'll be staying in a dorm this time. So, I'll be changing what I do. Of course, if you are doing this workout, please, continue
But right now, let's talk about today, lol
So, today is ab day.
Now, for some people, it is really hard to get a flat stomach. Here are some tips:
- eat foods with fiber (fruits and vegetables)
- drink lots of water (but not too much)
- IN YOUR STOMACH
A lot of people think the last one is cheating, but it's not ;) Many people complain that when they do crunches, their stomach starts bulging out (I was one of them lol) But, if you want a flat stomach (Imma quote those exercise people) you have to imagine that you're pulling your bellybutton towards your spine
Or, think about when you wear something too tight and in your stomach to make it fit
Or something like that
Your stomach should be like that most of the time. That way, you will get used to the feeling as well as strengthen the muscles (yes, it's an easy workout!!) While working out, such as walking, squats, and most importantly ab exercises, in your stomach all the time and you'll get that flat belly in no time ;)
But DO NOT DO IT WHILE EATING it feels horrible XD
That's all I have to talk about today.
