The next day, Bom is already inside the airport. After checking in, she went to the first class lounge. Yeap, Seunghyun bought the first class ticket for them. She opens her laptop and do some work,

“Good morning”said Seunghyun sitting in front of her then open his laptop right away,

“Morning,sir. Do you need some coffee? Food?”said Bom,

“No,thanks. I could grab it myself”said Seunghyun focusing on his laptop.

They just silently works when someone suddenly sit beside Bom,

“Good morning! We meet again, it’s fate that bring us together,Park Bom”said Dongwook,

“Why are you here?”said Seunghyun,

“I’m going to Maldives and I bet you are too”said Dongwook,

“Ofcourse”said Seunghyun,

“Although, I didn’t know that you are going with Bom”said Dongwook,

“So?”said Seunghyun,

“I’m glad. I can’t wait to see you at the party actually,  I bet you’ll look fabulous”said Dongwook winking to Bom.

Bom just fake a smile to Dongwook and keep focusing on her work, Seunghyun somehow slightly annoyed with Dongwook,

“I’m going to grab some food”said Seunghyun when he just want to avoid Dongwook,

“Me too!”said Bom standing up, Seunghyun stare at Bom,

“Alright”said Seunghyun,

“I’ll wait here”said Dongwook smiling.  

Bom picks up some salad and sandwich, Seunghyun grabs croissants and sandwich. They both drinks coffee. When they were about to go their seat,

“I’m going to sit there, that’s kinda look like dining room”said Seunghyun,

“Oh, can I sit there too?”said Bom,

“Sure”said Seunghyun.

They went to sit at another seat far from Dongwook and enjoy their meal.

“Mr.Choi Dongwook is really straightforward”said Bom suddenly,  Seunghyun looks at her,

“I’m sorry! Sometimes my mouth is just.. I don’t mean to talk bad about your friend”Bom apologized,

“That’s okay. He is annoying sometimes. I felt that too”said Seunghyun,

“Right? Hehe”Bom giggles, Seunghyun smiles he somewhat feels comfortable around her,

“Oh, the food here so good!”said Bom munching on her food,

Seunghyun starts to eat his food, “It is”he said,

“and this corn custard pudding is heaven”said Bom, Seunghyun nodded,

“Do you think I could take more and take it to airplane?”,

“Maybe”,

“I’ll be right back”

Bom went to get some more corn custard pudding and returns with a lot, a LOT of it,

“Wow, don’t you think its too much?”,

“There is no such thing as too much corn for me”, Seunghyun just shakes his head.

At the plane, Seunghyun and Bom’s seat is next to each other,

“What? I was hoping that your seat will be next to me and I’m wrong, now I feel sad”said Dongwook,

Seunghyun and Bom is really irritated by him then Seunghyun was about to give his seat to Dongwook when suddenly a stewardess came and told Dongwook to go to his seat because the plane is about to take off. The plane has depart and Bom was planning to continue his work so she opened her laptop and work,

“I don’t know youre such a hardworker”said Seunghyun,

“I am a hardworker, you just realized it”said Bom still serious on her work,

Seunghyun just nodded and become silent.

Bom stopped for a while and noticed that Seunghyun is working too, “Aren’t you too workaholic?”said Bom,

“It’s not like there’s anything else to do”said Seunghyun,

“Sleep? Read? Eat? Oh! Playing games!”said Bom,

“Games? Like how old are you again?”said Seunghyun,

“Age is just a number. Games is ageless, no matter your age you always could play some games”said Bom, Seunghyun just chuckles at her,

“You should act your age. That’s what you have to do”,

“Who said that?”,

“Many people? Like generally”,

“Tsk, be yourself, that’s what you need to do”,

Bom turns on the tv screen in front of her and choose a racing car game, she hold the controller and start playing, Seunghyun watch her, Bom take a wrong turn and lose,

“Yah! Do it right!”said Seunghyun,

“Yah? That’s rude”said Bom,

“Give me the controller! I’ll show you how to play right”said Seunghyun,

“Tsk, whatever”said Bom giving him the controller,

he starts playing and won, “See?” he smiles proudly,

Bom choose to play again and still lose.

After Seunghyun’s four straight win, Bom choose to watch a movie,

“Why? Tired of losing?”said Seunghyun smirks,

Bom just laughing sarcastically then watch the movie, “What movie is that?”said Seunghyun,

Bom ignores him, “Okay then”said Seunghyun stands up then move to Dongwook seat and talked to him.

Bom looks at them curiously, then Dongwook looks at her smiling wide, he stands up and sit next to her,

“Hi!”said Dongwook,

“Hi,sir”said Bom,

“He said that you are bored and he was no fun, so he said that you think I’m fun and because of that he changes seat with me”said Dongwook sitting next to Bom smiling,

“What? He said what? Haha, I don’t think I said that, or did i? I think I’m just tired, I’m going to rest. Sorry, sir”said Bom laughing awkwardly,

“Oh, that’s alright, sleep then, I’ll be here next to you”said Dongwook, which makes Bom cringe.

Bom positions herself, back facing Dongwook, she tried to sleep but can’t because its uncomfortable with Dongwook next to her. After sometimes, she slowly look at Dongwook, he’s asleep, thankfully. She escape to the toilet and let out a heavy sigh,

“Why the hell he said that! I don’t want to comeback to my seat!! It’s better here”said Bom, so she sit there on the toilet staring blank to the floor.

Someone knocks on the door, “Uhm, excuse me? Somebody there?”said someone,

“Occupied!”said Bom,

“Uhm, miss, is everything okay? You’ve been sitting there for thirty minutes”,

‘Aish, is it?  But I really don’t want to get out’, “I’m done”Bom said and open the door, a stewardess and Seunghyun was at the door,

“I’m so sorry, I take too long, you can use it now”said Bom,

“Thank you,miss”said Seunghyun to the stewardess then she leave and Seunghyun went inside the toilet and take care of his business.

When he is back to ‘his’ seat, he found Bom sitting on the next seat. There is six first class seat, and only five are occupied. Two seats taken by a couple, Two seats for Seunghyun and Bom, One for Dongwook and empty seat beside him.

“Why do you sit here? Sit where you belong”said Seunghyun,

“I don’t want to sit with him”,

“Why?”,

“He makes me uncomfortable”,

“But you said he was fun and you don’t mind if you talk in private. I was giving you guys a chance”,

“What the!! Wow, are you matchmaking me right now? and you didn’t ask me first and stuff? I know you are my boss, but this is too much,SIR”,

“I’m sorry!! I just I see he likes you so much, I’m just helping my friend out”,

Bom sighed, “I’ll tolerate with this one, but please, I don’t really like this. Let him talk to me by himself, I’ll appreciate it more”,

“Sorry”,

“I’m going to sleep”

Bom positioned herself and go to sleep to redeem the anger. Seunghyun sigh and go back to his work. Unexpectedly Bom sleeps comfortably beside Seunghyun. Seunghyun tucked her blanket in, he stares at her. It’s a familiar warm feeling,

‘Why do I feel like this? Maybe because I used to do this, when Inna was sleeping beside me. Maybe I miss her’he thinks still looking at Bom.

He lay himself down in his seat, he can’t stop staring at her, ‘So cute’ he smiles then fall asleep next to her.
