Dinner time, Seunghyun wear his formal attire as usual, he went to the appointment dinner, it was the celebration dinner for a French-korean family company named La Vie group, that owns several hotels and resorts around the world, so apparently they finally build a hotel in Seoul and celebrating it. Seunghyun and the CEO of La Vie, Julien Kang are friend because they connect so well in business, they are pretty popular duo because of their genius ideas and good looks since college days. The difference is Julien loves attention especially from women but Seunghyun close himself and is rather cold to women he doesn’t know or not familiar with. He went inside the ballroom hotel, its crowded but his charisma just so strong that every pair of eyes can’t help but look at him. He went to Nana and Daesung,

“Seunghyun-kun!”said Nana,

“Hyung! I don’t know if you already meet her or not, but she is here”said Daesung,

Seunghyun is not surprised, she is very determined, Yoo Inna waved at him and came right to them,

“Annyeong! What a coincidence”said Inna, ‘Yeah right’thought Seunghyun,

“Julien must’ve invited you, of course, you guys are very close”said Seunghyun flat, Inna frowned but she smiles again,

“You are Nana Komatsu right? Remember me”said Inna in fluent Japanese,

“Yes, I remember you, two years ago at Seunghyun-kun birthday party in Japan. You sure pretty scandalous, you make quiet a scene”said Nana unexpectedly sarcastic,

“Nana-chan!!”Daesung gasped, Seunghyun smirks,

“Ah, haha, that was just a misunderstanding”said Inna faking her smile, trying to control her emotion, Nana glares at her and walk out from them to the balcony,

Seunghyun chuckles and follow Nana, “I’m so sorry,Inna-ssi. Nice to meet you here again. Later”said Daesung nicely smiling apologetically at Inna and left.

Nana stopped and turned to Seunghyun,

“I don’t like her”said Nana pouting,

Seunghyun smile and nodded, then Daesung came looking not amused,

“Nana-chan, that was not good”lectured Daesung,

“She deserves it”said Nana,

“But, it’s not nice”said Daesung,

“Alright, I’m sorry, but its not even that rude, I’m just giving her 10% of my sassiness”said Nana,

“That was nice. Thank you, Nana-chan”said Seunghyun,

“Right,Seunghyun-kun?! At least someone agree with me”said Nana smiling proud,

then a servant come to them telling that the food is ready to be served. They sit on a round table with another business man and woman. They enjoyed the food and talk about business, but then a man stand up, “Attention, please!” he shout gathering for all attention,

“First of all thank you all for coming, Mr. Kent from US thank you sir, I see you Mr. Smith from UK, Mr.Schubert from Germany danke, Mr. Zhang from China xie xie, Mr. Lee from Taiwan, Mr. Chen from Singapore, Mr. Yamada from Japan arigatou gozaimasu, Mr. Abdullah from UAE, and my friend Mr.Choi, Mr.Kang, and I see Miss Komatsu from Japan, and thanks to the beautiful miss Yoo, and everyone else I couldn’t mention all of you one by one, I welcome you all for coming to my little party here, for celebrating my first hotel in Seoul, I would like to make a toast with you all dear respected guest, for La Vie! Cheers! Enjoy the feast”said Julien then one shot his champagne and back to sit.

The dinner is done, Julien came to Seunghyun,

“Seunghyun, long time no see”said Julien shaking Seunghyun’s hand,

“Long time no see too, Julien. Congratulation!”said Seunghyun tapping Julien’s shoulder,

“Thanks,man. It’s been a while, you know, let’s golf again”said Julien,

“I’m focusing on my work nowadays, I don’t think I’ll have time for that”said Seunghyun,

“Oh, c’mon,man, some tennis maybe? You need to loosen up, let’s do a round with Mr.Kang too, what do you think, Daesung?”asked Julien,

“Well, up to the boss”said Daesung,

“I’ll check through my schedule, I’ll contact you when I can”said Seunghyun smiling,

“That’s what I wanted to hear! Great, and please don’t avoid me brother”said Julien smiling sadly,

“Oh no way, since when did I avoid you, I’m just busy, many new projects. Business you know”said Seunghyun,

“Lets talk business another time soon, bro. And you look beautiful tonight, miss Komatsu? Hi Nana! You are grown up now”said Julien winking to Nana,

“Thanks, you look awesome in that suit, Julien-san, Armani?”said Nana,

“Wow, you know fashion, well girls love fashion, am I right?”said Julien,

“I just know a little, I’m not really fond of high fashion”said Nana,

“You are one of a kind,miss. You are my type, totally”said Julien,

“Haha, sir, your flirt wont work on me”said Nana,

“I know, Nana. You are too beautiful and smart. Well, I’ll go talk with other gentleman there, excuse me”said Julien and went to another table.

“He’s still the same flirt”said Nana,

“You used to have a crush on him though, Nana-chan”said Daesung and laugh seeing the embarrassment of Nana and glare at him,

“Not anymore. He is a jerk, but Seunghyun-kun, aren’t you mad at him?”said Nana,

“Mad at him for what? Things happen,Nana-chan, its all on the past now”said Seunghyun,

”Yeah,right. Can we go back now? I see that flirty woman is eyeing you,Seunghyun-kun”said Nana,

”Flirty woman?”said Daesung confused,

“That Yoo Inna girl! Oh no, she is going toward us! Lets go home”said Nana panicking,

“Okay, lets go”said Seunghyun getting up from his chair,

Nana practically walking so fast to the entrance followed by Daesung pleading for her to walk slower, Seunghyun heard Inna keep calling for his name, but ignore it. At the entrance, Seunghyun is waiting for his car to be taken by the valet guy, and that’s when Inna catch up to him,

“Hi! Going home already?”said Inna,

“Oh, yeah, I have meeting tomorrow morning so I need to sleep early”said Seunghyun,

“I saw you talking with Julien, what were you guys talking about?”said Inna,

“Catching up, its been a while for us to hang out, so he asked me if we could golf anytime soon, so I’m thinking about it”said Seunghyun,

“Oh, that’s great. I guess… do you have time tonight?”said Inna,

“I said I have to sleep early”said Seunghyun,

“Oh right, what about tomorrow?”,

“I can’t I have bunch of meetings”,

“Then now? Please just give me 15 minutes, let’s talk”,

“5 minutes”,

“12 minutes”,

“5 minutes”,

"10 minutes”,

“5 or nothing?”,

“Alright, 5 minutes it is”,

“Talk then”,

“Here?”,

“I’m waiting for my car, so here”,

“Alright, Are we okay?”,

“What do you mean?”,

“You are avoiding me,Seunghyun. Don’t be like this, I hate this, Seunghyun. It hurts so bad. I miss you so bad”

Inna trying to hold his hand but Seunghyun reject it, then Inna crying her heart out,

“What the hell?! Inna, are you drunk?”,

“No, Seunghyun. Please I need you, comeback to me please! Its all on the past, I was dumb”,

“No,Inna. I witness it with my own eyes, alright?! I should be the one crying right now, not you! Do you know how hurt I am? My feelings? My pride? I loved you once, but now seeing you trying to comeback to me, do you even have self esteem?”,

“Seunghyun, I love you, my feelings are the same, I have my reason when I run to him, its for us. I love you Seunghyun, believe me! Please! Look at me lovingly like you did before, hug me, kiss me, I need you in my life. It was a mistake, that make me lose you, my other half”,

“No, Inna. I had enough of this. Don’t make me hurt again, you are a nice girl but I can’t, I won’t make the same mistake twice. Now I’ll be nice, lets just be friends, no more than that. And please know your boundary cause you know I still hate you. My car is here, you better go back. Its cold out here. Good night”

with that Seunghyun left Inna crying and drove to his apartment. He ended up crying and drink one and a half bottle of wine by himself. He knows he still has feelings for Inna and seeing Inna crying like that makes he wanted to embrace her, but no, it would be dumb to open his heart and get hurt again.
