Two weeks later, Junsu came to the clinic again. He’s just lucky on that day because it’s Dr.changmin’s session. As usual, the same question is asked to him.

“You’re Junsu right?”

Changmin greets his patient upon seeing the boy comes in. OMG! He remembers me!

“Yes, doc. How are you?”

“Good. So what’s your complaint for today?”

“Doctor, I want to check if there’s any cavity present in my mouth. Can you confirm it?”

“Okay, let’s see.”

The young dentist did the intraoral examination to find if there’s any significant finding. Unfortunately, it seems no.

“Junsu-shi. Your teeth are all perfect, all are sound. No caries, no sign of cavity. They are good. There’s no need for other treatment. If you could just maintain your oral hygiene, then no worries.”

“Oh really? I thought I already eat too much candies these days, that's why I'm a bit worried. Doctor,  I read somewhere and found out that there’s some treatment called fissure what ehh, it’s a preventive method I think. What is it? Can you do that treatment for me?”

“Yes there is. It’s called fissure sealant application. It’s a preventive method where we usually put some materials on top of your teeth to prevent caries. But it’s not necessary especially if the caries risk is low like your case.”

“But what if one day later then there’ll be a caries? I don’t want my teeth to get cavity. Prevention is better right, doctor?”

“Yeah you’re right. But still, for your case, there’s no need I think.”

“There’s no harm if it is done I think?”

“Yeah, it’s true. But..”

“Changmin-ah. Just do it. He’s requesting that treatment.” Said Dr. Yunho, who is the prosthodontic specialist slash Changmin’s senior, while passing the cubicle. 

“But hyung, it’ll be wasting of material if we do it. I couldn’t find any reasons why it’s indicated for the sealant. The fissures are shallow, plus he’s low caries risk.”

“He can pay what. Money comes in, and then materials will follow. No worries Min.” Yunho patted his shoulder and smile. His expression shows do whatever the patient wants as long as he’s satisfied.

Changmin sighed upon hearing his senior’s replies. Yes, he knows that the priority is the patient’s request, but he doesn’t like to do unnecessary thing.Don't  get him wrong though.

“I will do fissure sealants on your molars. Open your mouth.”

Junsu-1. Changmin-0.

Few minutes later, the treatments done.

“Doctor, can I come again?”

“For what??” I thought I clearly said that there’s no treatment need for his case. What kind treatment he wants actually?

“Erm, maybe for other reasons?” Seeing you every week is my target, doctor.

“Such as?” Changmin scratches his head and frowns.
