Prologue

I never believed in Chinese horoscopes, numerologies, fortune telling or even ‘ketsuekigata’ aka determining one’s personality through blood types. There are billions of breathing human beings around the globe each day so how can you trim it down to four subtypes and say that the person acts and thinks because he or she has that specific blood type.

People nowadays tend to cling on these make-believe things to escape reality that ‘life’s uncertain…dreaded…unpredictable…’ and no one has the right to say that they know what future lies ahead.

It all started a year ago when I got myself into an accident.  My ex-boyfriend and I had arguments on the side road of a busy street in Seoul. It was just a random couple fight cause we’re kind of used to haggle over petty matters and we knew we’d eventually end up cuddling and saying sweet words to each other. Well that was what I thought. I didn’t expect that it would be the last time I’d ever raise my voice on him.   The next thing I knew I was staring blankly at his back as he crossed the street with his last words kept repeating inside my head. “You deserve someone else…let’s end this relationship here…”

It took me few minutes before those words actually seeped onto my clouded thoughts. Four years went down the drain. Those four ing years that I thought we were so compatible and hoped sooner I’d hear those wedding bells for us. What is so hard in telling the truth? Why didn’t he just tell me he found someone else rather than telling me ‘You deserve someone better…I’m no good for you…’ But no matter how many lame damn excuses men give it always boils down into one thing…and that is “LET’S BREAK UP…I DON’T LOVE YOU ANYMORE…” It’s as simple as that though it hurts like a thousand sharp pins torturing your heart. But I seriously think it’s much better than leaving her without any clear reasons and letting her drown into depression because she can’t help but think that it’s her goddamn fault why the relationship didn’t work.

If you think I didn’t do anything to save the relationship, you’re wrong. A few minutes after I realized that he was breaking up with me, I foolishly rushed towards him not minding all the cars honking and yanking their cars just to avoid hitting me. I was so close to reaching his hand again when suddenly a Black Volvo S60 hit me. Bystanders ran to check on me but no one even bothered to call an ambulance or bring me to the nearest hospital. With my half-lid eyes, I seriously thought that it was the end of my life. it is, I thought I’d be dying in shame for pathetically running after a man who doesn’t love me anymore. What a great news headline on the tabloid, right? Then I saw light…a very bright light…must be the heaven’s taking my soul. But a face of a guy blocked that light. He was mouthing words I couldn’t hear. Then my eyes automatically shut off and it all went pitch black.

*I had this plot in my head when I saw Soohyun of Ukiss. He's so handsome in person and he looks really nice! *insert fangirl squeal* LOL...

This would contain around 3-5 chapters only. I still don't know if I'll make a rated chappy. It depends on my mood.^^
