Chapter 2

The weekend was rather boring, Jongin was out all day and did nothing but go out, sleep, and occasionally raid the pantry for snacks, but Mina didn’t really blame him, she probably would’ve done the same if she was left alone in a house with no one but a 21-year-old that does nothing but sleep and stay in their room, studying to her heart’s content. Honestly, if Jongin saw how Mina actually looked like when she studied, as in looking like she hasn’t slept in a couple eons, he would be horrified. Soon enough, the weekend was over and the short two and a half days Mina had to catch up on her studies and sleep was long gone. Since Jongin’s school starts before her’s (she was smart enough to have all of her classes happen after 11 a.m.) she made sure he got to school safe and sound, cleaned up the mess he left behind that he should’ve cleaned up himself, and set off to the place that she would affectionately call “hell”.

As she made it into the seminar hall, on time as always, she set her book bag down and set out her materials needed to take notes. Soon enough, the professor arrived with a giddy smile on her face. Mina instantly knew something was very, very wrong. First things first, Mina wouldn’t be surprised if her teacher got plastic surgery to make her have a permanent scowl, and second of all, if her professor ever at any chance did smile, it would be because she saw the torturous, crying faces of each and every one of her student’s. “Please sure to keep in mind, that this project will be 75 percent of your final grade this semester,” the professor pointed out with a smirk. Mina’s chest tightened as she prayed to the God that she never truly believed in that she got a good partner that won’t shovel all of the work onto her.

“So please be sure to get acquainted with your partner’s and get the rubr

Chapter 2: I really, really love the writing style going on here! It's so entertaining and the sentences definitely catch my attention (because I usually just skim when the structure becomes too repetitive and stuff).

Anyways, I can't decipher what Jongin's personality is yet because he's sort of hot and cold in my perspective. Math is definitely not my strongest suit either, so I'm like Mina in a way ;^) The only thing I have to point out in this well-crafted story is the super teeny weeny dialogue punctuation mistakes. Here's a link that I recommend to authors: http://www.be-a-better-writer.com/punctuate-dialogue.html
