It's been a week since Calvin transferred here. And he's still bothering me as always. But we've become bestfriends.

Anyways. Everything is the same. We always talk at the rooftop. But I don't talk to him when in class and others can see. Instead I'm just annoyed.

Lunch time

"Hey! Hebe!!"

"Jade! Why are you shouting?!!"

"Why are you dazing off?"

"You!! I'm not dazing off!!" Actaully I was thinking of my family again.

""Yah!! You two stop fighting. When I'm with you me eardrums will break!"

"You're shouting!!!!"

"Fine. Stop it already."

"................"

"Aaahh!!!!" I was stunned

"What?! Why did you shout?! You shocked me!!"

"Isn't it you're birthday?!!

"It is?!"

"Why are you asking as if you don't know."

"No. I just don't remember."

"We'll celebrate it this year too!" 

"No, We already celebrated last year. That's enough,"

"No. It isn't."

"We'll go to your house!" He suddenly in.

"Good Idea, Cal!! I'll order the cake."

"Come in"

We went to the kitchen to slice the cake. We played games all night in my room until we fell asleep.

In the middle of the night, I woke up. "Kyaaa!" I pushed Calvin down.

"What? What happened?" He was still half-asleep.

"I should ask you! What did you do to me?" I started to panick.

"What?! I didin't do anything." 

"Then why were you sleeping beside me?!!"

"Aahh... Is that what you meant!" What?!

"What 'aah?' are you saying?"

"Yah! We played cards on your bed last night! And we fell asleep! What's with your ruckus?"

"Eh?!... where's Jade?" I was embarassed so I tried to change the topic. I saw her note.

'Sorry.

I went home. 

How was your sleep with Cal??'

"Well then, I'm leaving too. Good night." Without knowing I stopped him and said

"Wait. Don't leave yet."

"What are you saying?" He didn't look at me.

"You have to sleep. Goodnight." Then he left without turning back to see me.

"What the hell was that?"

"What did I just say?" Am I really-?"
