TIMELINE ENTERTAINMENT AND AVEX TO DEBUT CO-ED GROUP
Avex Group, a well-known record company stationed in Japan has recently announced they will release a co-ed group under the name Retrospect with Timeline Entertainment.
"The concept we have chosen is something that hasn't been seen before. Each member has once been apart of Nico Nico Douga, Japan's most popular video sharing website. Some may have been apart of the annual Nico Nico concerts, and some have not. However, most have chosen to remain anonymous until the days leading up to their debut." says a representative of Avex. "They were all people who covered various songs, mostly from the popular Vocaloid voice synthesizing programs. Some also did dance covers from various songs, shows and games. Some also took up rapping. They are a unique bunch in many other ways that will slowly be revealed as the time comes closer to their debut."
Avex had no more to say on the subject. Timeline Entertainment declined to comment.
