SYNOPSIS

LuHan, the school’s outcast, cannot look at people’s eyes because he has always been insecure of himself. Having “disgusting” freckles underneath his abnormally huge eyes is one of the million causes of his self-torment. It was not really a bother before until a group of jocks pointed it out during the school assembly, making LuHan the laughing stock of the entire school. Not only that, those big bullies would harass LuHan every time they get a chance. The boy hates them but there is nothing more he can do but cry and sulk in the corner.

Yixing has always been the school’s most aloof student. Like LuHan, he is also bullied because of the big scar on his left cheek. The cause of it? He caught his father cheating with another woman when he was young. When the old man found out about it, he made sure to imprint his wrath on his own son before filing a divorce to his wife. Not long after the incident, Yixing’s mother died out of depression, leaving him alone to fend for himself. However, unlike LuHan who avoids people’s eyes, Yixing has a pair of dark orbs that can pierce through one’s soul when he stares.

LuHan and Yixing know about the existence of one another. Every time one is bullied, the other has to witness it because they go on the same class. They never talked before nor had the opportunity to come face to face. That was until Yixing found LuHan in a park one night, sitting in one of the metal swings, staring aimlessly at the night sky. He did not intend to approach the other boy. His feet just seemed to take him to where the other was.

Something else happened along the way. LuHan ended up in Yixing’s apartment, lying the bed as the latter started kissing him.

a|n: omg! this if the first layhan fic I wrote. I happened to rewatch LuHan's last stage with EXO and Layhan's bromance really caught my eyes. hohoho! So here I am, pouring out my feels to this lovely ship. ►  To all LayHan shippers, don't be too hard on me, 'kay? hahaha This is new to me as well. ^a^
