I stepped out from the car with the rest of the boys wearing our suits. The boys scattered to find their dates as I walked by myself to the gym where the homecoming will be located.  Where my date is located too.

I walked towards the entrance where I saw Sora taking tickets from the students. The moment I saw her, my time stopped. She wore a beige halter dress that flows down her legs. Her hair was up in an updo and her makeup was light natural.

I gulped as I walked towards her.

“Kyungsoo” she light up when she saw me

“Sora” I smiled as I handed her my ticket

“I’ll be with you in an hour okay? Enjoy the party” Sora grinned and I nodded before walking in. My eyes couldn’t take off from her even for a second.

I mingled around with my friends and took a bite of the food at the table. Then the DJ had announced about getting the dance started. I saw my friends leading their dates to the dancefloor as I stood there with my hands in my pocket.

“Jongjin!” I heard a girl’s squeal and looked towards the owner of the voice

“You worked hard Sora, it’s time for you to have some fun with your date” Jongjin pushed Sora towards me and I grabbed Sora before she bumped into my chest

“Have fun you two youngsters~” Jongjin winked at me before waving his fingers, leaving the scene.

“Sorry about that” Sora pulled away as she fixed her fringe

“No worries” I smiled as I reached a small box in my pocket, revealing a beige flower corsage “For you” I said as I took her hand and placed the corsage on her wrist

“Thanks Kyungsoo” she smiled

“Care for a dance?” I held out my hand and she nodded as she took my hand.

I lead her to the dancefloor and held her waist as she wrapped her arms around my neck. I slowly glide and sway following the beat.

“You look beautiful” I compliment

“You look handsome” she compliment back

We kept quiet and enjoyed each other presences until the DJ announced to get the party pumped
