FIVE. limited ooc. try your best to put brackets if going ooc. no ooc drama, and please keep ic drama to a minimum. either carry it to dms or stop it before it gets out of hand, else the admins will interfere.
SIX. no dating ban! but please get to know each other before getting together. head admin kei doesn't want your kokoro to be brokoro. move in couples are allowed.
SEVEN. unlimited character changes! you have to remain as your character for at least 3 days before ccing again. ask base to cc, and once base lets you cc, change your character and then mention base again, telling us who you were before and who you cced to. don't abuse this privilege, or the admins will call you out.
EIGHT. mention base if going on hiatus, semi-hiatus, in relationship, leaving, etc.but please don't leave
