'HAHAHAH You really did that?' Seungyoon asks while laughing

'Yes, this pabo did' Wendy looks at Seulgi who places her head on the table

'AHAHHA no wonder Minho seemed so angry yesterday, you must have triggered his button'

'Can we just move on?' Seulgi says

The hardwork starts again. They agreed to get intro done by today, which Seungyoon stayed up all night trying to write it, and finally got it at 7 am, so he called it a "7am Melody". Seulgi, as usual at helping but she came out with some decent ideas to work on from the 7am melody, which took some burden off Seungyoon shoulders

'I still don't right about this though' Seungyoon says as they reevaluate their intro

'What, you want me to find that Minho dude again?'

'Yea-'

'After what I did yesterday?' Seulgi asks sternly

'Well...'

'Minho wouldn't mind, I'm sure' Wendy says this time

'How'd know?'

'Ermm...  Let's just say I know him very well'

Seulgi and Seungyoon give Wendy the "what are you trying to say" eye

'Kang Seul, I'm very sure Minho will go for that battle' Wendy adds

'Why?'

'I don't know how to explain, but I know he will'

'Tch' Seulgi says

'Either way, I don't mind going for that battle, it's your lost anyways' Seungyoon says as Seulgi shrugs that idea off

That night

Seulgi failed to shrug that idea off. The word "Lost" has been circling her mind since that lunchbreak. Seulgi lays on her bed, under her comfy blanket

Seulgi's POV

'Is he right? Logically thinking, if I was given the chance to set a theme, I would definitely pick something that would benefit me the most... Same for them too.... Is Ailee a musical genius? Or they have a genius like Minho?'

Right, Seulgi acknowledges that Mino is indeed a musical genius, after Seungyoon stole some of Mino's pieces and showed her. As time ticks on, the more doubts Seulgi casts on herself

'it's your lost anyways' Seungyoon's words echoed in her mind for the th time

'Right, thats it! Why couldn't I thought of that earlier'

Seulgi grabs her phone before rushing out of the house

'Where are you going?!' Mrs Kang shouts

'I'm going to meet my friend, just around the corner!'

'What about dinner?'

'Don't wait for me!'

Seulgi then jogs on the streets

The Lounge of the Male Dorm (3rd Person's POV)

'Psst, what is she doing here'

'I wonder... is she here for her boyfriend?'

'Eiii, I doubt that she would date HIM'

Seungyoon was napping on the couch before he got disturbed by the others' whispers

'Aish. which dic-'

Seungyoon opens his eyes and meets a pair of mono lid eyes that resembles a bear

'AHHHH!' Seungyoon screams

'Oh my fu.... Calm down' Seulgi says, obviously taken back

'Wh..what are you going here!' Seungyoon says as if Seulgi is gonna him

'I wonder....' Seulgi says as she looks around the lounge, it is indeed a mess

'Seungyoon-ah, let's go for dinner' One of the residents say

'Oh, one minute... what do you want?' Seungyoon asks cautiously

'Your body' Seulgi her lips seductively

Seungyoon covers his mouth in shock

'Ahahaha in your dreams! Where is Song Minho?'

A relief sigh escapes from Seungyoon's mouth

'He isn't here'

'Does he not stay in the dorm?'

'He does, but he is working now'

'What?'

'Yea, you heard that right. Spoon-fed people like you wouldn't understand'

'Just tell me where he is'

'He works at the convenience store opposite of our school'

'Alright, see ya around!' Seulgi says sweetly

'Tch, what has gotten into her mind' Seungyoon mumbles before heading to the cafeteria

At the convenience store

'Welco-'

'Hi... hehe' Seulgi says awkwardly

'Oh.... It's you'

'Do you have a minute?'

'...Sure'

Seulgi and Mino then sat by the transparent glass window facing the streets

'I'll get to the point' Seulgi says

'Please do'

'Feature in my song'

'What?'

'I said, feature in my song... I won't repeat again'

'What's your intention?'

'Huh?'

'You said you wouldn't work with a lowly person like me... Did Wendy say anything?'

'That's that, on the other side, I'm impressed with your works'

'I doubt you have seen any of my works, only Wendy and Seungyoon did, plus the teacher, of course... Unless, you stole...'

'I didn't! Your best friend did! Don't blame me'

'Al..alright... That explains it....'

An awkward silence

'So, you in?' Seulgi breaks the ice

'I'm grateful for your offer, but I'll reject it... I just don't think I'll get anything out of it'

'Why not? The Big 3 would be there, you just ha-'

'You think the Big 3 would scout a #232?'

'I thought of that too, why would the Big 3 scout you right?' Seulgi laughs meanly, yet cutely

Mino glares at her, but that glare immediately turns into a soft stare

Mino's POV

'Since when this brat is such a cutie? Tch, this is bad'

3rd Person's POV

'I heard that the headmaster of that school will be there too' Seulgi says

'..'

'So you just have to do well, if you impress him, I guess they would recruit you there for their Hip Hop Department'

Mino remains silent

'The rest is up to you.. if you really rap that well, I suppose you can be their new #1'

Mino looks down and plays with his fingers on his lap

'Are you listening?' Seulgi says

'Uh? Yea'

'What's your decision?'

'...'

'Are you deaf or what?'

'I'll think about it'

'Tell me in 2 days time, I don't have much time'

'Alright'

'I guess I'll go then' Seulgi takes her phone and stands up

'Do you... wanna eat?' Mino asks as he looks up

'I've... I've eaten!'

Then, like typical comedy dramas, Seulgi's stomach grumbles like a drum. Seulgi pats her stomach while looking elsewhere awkwardly

Mino lets out a chuckle

'Sit down, I'll get you some' Mino pushes Seulgi down before going around the store

5 Minutes Later

'Tadaaaaa' Mino presents the table filled with food/snacks

'What are these' Seulgi looks around

Instant rice, instant ramyun, 2 triangle kimbabs for each of them, instant tteokbukki and cola

'Dinner' Mino says as he prepares his chopsticks

'You eat these everyday?' Seulgi was about the dig in, but realises that Mino puts his hands together and closed his eyes

Seulgi cannot help it but admire his face

'Damn... was he this handsome all the time? Like... look at his brows' Seulgi thought

'Why aren't you eating?' Mino says as he finishes saying grace

'Nothing...' Seulgi starts to dig in

As Seulgi was eating like a gentle princess, Mino poured his whole bowl of rice into the ramyun and stuffed his mouth as if there is no tomorrow.. It is indeed an ugly sight

'Yahh! eat slowly, that's disgusting hehehe' Seulgi giggles at Mino's antics

'Wha ae yu luffin at' (What are you laughing at) Mino says with his mouth full of food

'Hehehe nothing... Here' Seulgi hands her cola to him

'You aren't drinking?' Mino drinks Seulgi's cola

'Why are you asking when you have drank it?'

'Oh my, I'm sorry.. I'll ge--'

'It's alright, I don't drink when I eat'

'Really?'

Both of them gone on with their meal

'Aish.. you don't even know how to eat huh? ahahhaha' Mino says as he laughs

'Huh?'

'Come here'

Mino's hand reached out to the corner of Seulgi's lips and slightly rubbed it

Seulgi, obviously taken back, gives him the "what the are you doing" face

'Whoa hold it there lion' Mino shows Seulgi the grain stucked on her lips before swallowing it

Seulgi blushes this time. It's the first time a guy has done this to her, except her family members... so this is some new thrill she is experiencing

'*Buuurp* Ahhh... Meals with company definitely tastes better heh' Mino says

'Bwohyahh... You sound like you don't eat with humans'

Mino smiles and shake his head

'You are the first, since a long time ago' Mino says while gulping another mouthful of the ramyun broth

Seulgi drowns in his pitiful eyes

'Don't you eat in the cafeteria?'

'Nahh I don't... I need to rush here for my shift right after school, so I'd eat this here everyday' Mino lifts the triangle kimbab wrapper in his hands

'... Breakfast and lunch?'

'I decided to sleep in during breakfast, so I would eat sandwiches from the cafeteria as I head to class... And I usually skip lunch'

'...' Seulgi does not know what to say

'Wae? You pity me?'

'N..Not really!'

Another silence as Seulgi watches Mino finishing the leftovers

'About the battle.... I'll help you' Mino says calmly

'Huh?'

'I said... I-will-help-you!'

'Re..really?!'

'Yeahs... I'm bored these days anyways, helping a poor bear wouldn't hurt'

'Yahh!' Seulgi smacks Mino's arm

'Oh my... Look at the time! I'll be gone first then' Seulgi says

'Wait a sec!'

Mino removes his jacket and wraps it around Seulgi

'It's cold outside, wear some thicker outfit, friend' Mino says as he stood behind Seulgi to tidy the jacket

Seulgi blushes hard

'What about you?'

'Nahh It's alright, I live right opposite anyways' Mino replies as he spins Seulgi around

Now they are face to face, with Seulgi having to lift her head a little to see the near 6-feet man in front of her

'We are friends, right?' Mino extends his hand, indicating a handshake

Seulgi laughs slightly at Mino's childishness

'Of course, friend' Seulgi extends her hand to shake his hand
