Seunghyun’s sitting in the lounge still in his pajamas, hair unwashed and bleary eyed and, okay, he was going to audition today. He’d planned this for so long, couldn’t count on only two hands the amount of times he’d slept in the rented dance studio because his legs hurt too much to walk back home. The only thing he could count is how many years he’s been working for this and now, he doesn’t want to remember.

Really, it’s not late to change his mind but it’s definitely a waste to have wanted to be an idol for so long and then to just throw it away. He hadn’t even planned to, just woke up and wondered why he should have to wake up so early on the weekend. Figured belatedly that maybe a few more good years of sleeping in on the weekends was worth a change of dreams. So he was going to audition today, and now he's not.

He fixes the pillows behind him and flips the TV program to a documentay about the ocean. Hell, he could be a marine biologist or – or anything. He just wasn't going to be an idol.
