A series of knocking can be heard on Momo's door. She opens it, already expecting the person to come.

"Mina, why are you so late?"

Momo takes Mina to sit on the couch, "Momo, I've make my decision."

Chaeyoung understand what 'you can't hold to someone who doesn't want to stay' means that moment.

She also understand another thing that day.

When someone gives you a nickname, you're special to that person.

Why did she understand this after two years?

Their relationship had not been so smooth all these years, break up and make up for countless time.

The longest they used to break up was six days. Not even a week.

Chaeyoung have no tears left. She sighed every five minutes and Somi had enough of her bestfriend's gloomy mood these few days.

"Chaeyoung, can you smile? For me?" Somi directly ask to lift up Chaeyoung's mood. Chaeyoung force a smile and it's just too obvious.

"If you date me, you won't be this sad, Chaengie," Somi pats the top of Chaeyoung's head. Which manages to make Chaeyoung laughs, finally.

"Ew, no way, Somi," Chaeyoung jokingly said while laughing.

"Finally, smiling, I'm letting you become gloomy just because you had a huge heartbreak but you're being so sadness now."

"Sadness? The one in Inside Out?"

"Yeah, you look so much like her just now."

"How about now? What do I look like?"

"Joy. Very very Joy-ish."

The sixth day.

Somi had picnic with her family so Chaeyoung was left alone in her and Mina's house. Mina never been here ever since their break up. Her stuff were all here.

Chaeyoung gets a message from Somi saying: Please don't kill yourself, you still owe me a dinner. Anyway, love you. Uhm, just a friendly love XD

Chaeyoung giggles with Somi's ways of texting people. Can't Somi just text properly for once?

Chaeyoung decides to walk to the kitchen for a cup of water. She saw a familiar bottle on the counter.

A bottle of Heinz Ketchup.

She reach for the bottle, 'My rival', Chaeyoung thought.

She saw a piece of paper sticking behind the bottle. "What is this?"

The paper is written by Mina, her name was on the lower right of the piece of post-it note: Everytime you uses this ketchup, you will love Son Chaeyoung even more.

She knows this post-it note. Mina had a lot in her drawer but she never told why she keeps so many notes.

Chaeyoung go to their shared room and open Mina's drawer. It's not locked.

A bunch of post-it notes with words written on it was found.

She picks up the blue one that is written: Son Chaeyoung loves black.

Another pink note written: Son Chaeyoung is afraid of ghost so haunted house is a no no.

That's why they date for so long, Mina never bring her to haunted house. Chaeyoung continue reading the purple note: Son Chaeyoung loves doodling. Let her draw around the house.

Chaeyoung always wonders why the doodles disappeard when her parents visit them. Chaeyoung always draw when she had time but Chaeyoung's parent doesn't like it when she draw on the wall so Mina have to clean it all at night. Mina never told her that.

She found a green one: Son Chaeyoung loves Jeju beach so much that she ignored me. I should change our next travel location.

After a few minutes, she saw a red heart-shaped note, written: Loves Son Chaeyoung with all your heart. Always choose her.

She stares at the last note a little too long. She puts all of them back and close the drawer.

Somi's phone rings, she read the caller's name and saw a 'Jerk'. She answers the call anyway, "What do you want?"

The caller talks with Somi for a few miuntes, "Okay, 7pm, the park."

Somi was smiling creepily after she ends the call, "Unnie, what's so funny?" Somi's sister asked with her big round eyes.

"Nothing, should I practice taekwondo later?"

The seventh day.

Somi texted her the moment she wakes up, to meet up at the restaurant near her house at 8pm. Reason? The dinner she owe Somi.

'Weird, i thought Somi hate that restaurant.' That's the restaurant that Mina and Chaeyoung always go. There's one time Somi had dinner with them, end up being a third wheel.

She stares at her phone contact for ten minutes. She kept looking at Mina's phone number, that is saved as 'My Penguin<3'. Chaeyoung hesitate whether to call Mina or not.

It's the seventh day already. She can't deny that she miss Myoui Mina. A lot.

Her finger is about to press the call icon, but she stopped.

She shouldn't be calling her. Mina has Momo.

Son Chaeyoung shouldn't be missing Myoui Mina.

But she is, Son Chaeyoung is missing Myoui Mina.

Chaeyoung will unknowingly do things that she doesn't have to.

She would buy a bottle of Heinz ketchup when she bought groceries.

She would prepare a cup of green tea then left it all night long.

She would sit at the park for thirty minutes then went home.

Somi had been worried to death.

Chaeyoung always assure Somi that she'll be fine. She just need some time to get use to Mina's absence.

She's about to get use to it but the notes yesterday make her hesitates again. She's actually regretting the decision of breaking up with Mina.

Her penguin. Her ketchup addict. Her girlfriend.

But the thought of Mina suffer from confusion every single time make her heart ache, so she rather make herself suffer than let Mina go through dilemma everyday.

Times went by so fast today, it's almost 8pm now.

Chaeyoung wore a simple jeans, a white tee and a jacket. She know it'll be cold tonight but it's just a dinner with Somi. Somi won't judge anyway.

She walk to the restaurant with a light heart without knowing what will happen next.

She walk in and saw Somi already waiting for her on the center table of the restaurant.

"Jeon Somi, don't tell me you reserved the whole restaurant," Chaeyoung sits next to Somi.

"What if I tell you I did?" Somi warily ask, afraid that Chaeyoung would scold her. Chaeyoung laughs and answer, "You better not do anything stupid or funny tonight, I only owe you a dinner."

The dinner went quite well, with Somi glancing at the back from time to time. Chaeyoung is just oblivious.

Somi said she need to go to the washroom for a while, as she stand up and leave a familiar figure sits opposite Chaeyoung.

Chaeyoung looks up and recognized the familiar brown orbs.

"Mina..."

"Chaeyoung."

Chaeyoung was lost in her eyes for a moment before her attention was brought back.

Chaeyoung stands up, attempt to walk out but Mina stands up to pull Chaeyoung around to face her.

"Before you say anything, I need to say that I'm sorry. A million sorry are not enough to redeem myself. I make a promise two years ago and I broke it. Now, I want to ask for another chance to make a promise again. So will you give the chance?"

Chaeyoung thought she have no tears left but she ws wrong. Her eyes are fill with tears and she's holding it again.

"What about Momo?"

"Um... That..."

"Momo, I've make my decision."

"What is it?"

Mina looked at Momo's eyes, "Momo, I'm sorry. I'm not worth of your love. You deserve someone better than me. I choose her, Momo. I choose Chaeyoung."

Momo forced a smile, "You should be a jerk so I can hate you but you're just polite. I guess this is it then."

Mina was thankful that Momo was mature in times like this. "Yeah, I guess so."

As if a cue, Jeongyeon called.

"Momoring, don't you cry. I'll buy you jokbal, alright?"

Jeongyeon ends the call and mumbles to herself, "Maybe this is my chance to get Momoring."

"Oh..." Chaeyoung understands the whole thing.

"So, I'm single and you're single, why not get together?" Mina asked and take a step to Chaeyoung.

"Who told you I'm single?" Chaeyoung mischievously replied.

"What?! You're not? B-But Somi told me you are single." Mina panicked when she know someone own her Chaengie.

'I knew it, Jeon Somi.' Chaeyoung laughs at Mina panicked face. "I'm just kidding." But as Mina took a step nearer, she noticed something.

"Mina, come here." Mina obey Chaeyoung's command since she suddenly become serious.

"Why did your lips bled?" Chaeyoung sternly asked.

"Uh..."

"It totally has nothing to do with me!" Somi hollered from behind the counter.

"Anyway, Chaeyoung," Mina paused and hold both of Chaeyoung's hands, just like the first time, "I'm sorry to say this late."

Mina leaned forward and kiss Chaeyoung. "I choose you. Before, now or even in the future I'll only choose you. Will you choose me too?"

Chaeyoung nodded and peck Mina. "I will."
