A tall figure walked in the house, not home anymore.

She walked quietly to avoid waking up her girlfriend but the latter already been sitting while waiting for her at the living room. "You're back?" She nodded. "Sleep early, we have gathering with my parents tomorrow." With that, the girl that has been waiting for her all night just stand up and go in their bedroom.

The gathering. She forgot.

She walked to the living room where her girlfriend sat just now. There's a cup of green tea. Her favourite. She sit at the spot that her girlfriend sat and take a hold of the cup. She takes a sip, but it's cold. She must have waited long.

Everything change in one night.

She doesn't know anymore.

"Mina! Chaeyoung!" Chaeyoung's father quickly called out as soon as he saw them from a distance.

Chaeyoung excitedly run over, "Dad!" Mina looks at Chaeyoung's back, she smiled. Just like the first time they have gathering, Chaeyoung running to her parents while Mina walks slowly behind with all their stuff. The only difference is Chaeyoung didn't turn her head to Mina anymore.

Mina's smile become bitter but when she saw the sight of Chaeyoung hugging her parents. She smiles again.

She bows to Chaeyoung's parents once she's in front of them, "Good evening, uncle and auntie Son."

"Mina, how many times we have to tell you, don't have to be so polite. Just call us mom and dad, anyway come here and give us a hug," Chaeyoung's parents open their arms to welcome Mina. Mina loves Son's family. All of them. They treated Mina just like their own daughter. Sometimes, too much that make Chaeyoung jealous.

"Alright, you two eats a lot, okay? Me and your mother have other guest to attend," Chaeyoung's dad informed them after Mina pulls away from their hug. The gathering is some kind of BBQ gathering since it's summer. Chaeyoung's parents have a lot of friends and relatives so this kind of gathering is really noisy and full of people.

As they walked away, Mina's phone rings. Mina open the message that is written: Mina~ Let's meet at my place now, I miss you so much, love you<3

Chaeyoung turned to look at Mina, "Go."

Mina looked at Chaeyoung with cofusion. Chaeyoung added, "Go if you want, I'll tell dad you have works."

Her tone was cold.

Mina is having a dilemma between the two of them. She wants to accompany Chaeyoung but she miss Momo.

Chaeyoung can see her uncertainty in her eyes. 'This is the least I can do,' Chaeyoung thought. She takes the stuff on Mina's hand, "Go now, dad is coming back later. Just go."

Mina nodded and turn to walk to her car. Chaeyoung held the tears that are threatening to fall. "Yo! Chaeng, hey, are you listening?" Somi, Chaeyoung's best friend come a few minutes later after Mina left.

"Where's Mina?" Somi asked, looking around. "She got work, I guess it's just me and you today,"

Somi see through Chaeyoung's crestfallen eyes and decided to make today better for her, "It's her loss then, let's get the meat before Eunsuh take it all!" Somi pulls Chaeyoung's hand and run to where Eunsuh was. Chaeyoung always thankful for Somi, who never leaves her side.

Momo cuddles with Mina on her couch while watching a movie. Mina doesn't know why she's here. Or why she cheats on Chaeyoung. Maybe the two of them have something in common. What is it?

Momo is tall, Chaeyoung is fun size.

Momo's hair is long, Chaeyoung's hair is short.

Momo's hair colour is blonde, Chaeyoung's hair colour is brown.

Momo is girly, Chaeyoung is anything but that.

She just can't put anything common on them. She's confused. Momo tighten her hugs, making Mina's heart flutter like the first time Chaeyoung held her hands. How can two different people have the same affect on a person?

"What are you thinking, Mina?" Momo looks at Mina with a worried eyes. "Nothing," Mina forces a smile. Momo knows it's something but she decided to shrug it off.

The first time Chaeyoung finds out Mina cheats on her, she cried. But she didn't let Mina know. She's afraid of letting go. What happens if she wakes up without Mina beside her? Is there a hand to hold? Is there warm embraces in winter? She loves her so much.

So, she make a promise to herself. She knows she have to let go, but not now.

Chaeyoung sits at the living room again. Somi takes her home since Mina droves the car away.

She looks at the clock. It reminds her of the promise that she made that time. Is it time now?

The door was open in a flash, a sweating Mina walks in and quickly spots Chaeyoung.

Chaeyoung stands up to ask her what happen but was engulfs in Mina's embrace. "Why didn't you calls me? I'm so worried when I couldn't find you at your dad's house," Mina voice was shaky, Chaeyoung encircles her arms around Mina to tighten the hug.

"I'm sorry," Chaeyoung speaks out but in a different meaning.

Mina was 18, Chaeyoung was 16.

They fell in love.

"Chaeyoung, look, look! Mina waits for you again, looks like I'm going home alone today," Somi quietly complain the last statement.

"Sorry, Somi," Chaeyoung looks at Somi with a puppy eyes. Somi sighed and make a go hand motion. Chaeyoung laughs at her best friend action.

Mina and Chaeyoung walks silently, Mina breaks the ice by asking, "Chaeyoungie," Mina likes to call Chaeyoung like that, Chaeyoung never know why, "wanna hang out at the park?"

Chaeyoung nodded happily, it's their not-so-secret secret place.

They walks along the path with a lots of flower.

"The flowers are so beautiful."

"Really? I don't think so, there's someone who beats all the flowers in the world."

"Who?" Chaeyoung was clueless.

"You."

Chaeyoung blushed and looked away. Mina smiles at the sight of blushing Chaeyoung.

After that, Mina walks Chaeyoung to her house.

Chaeyoung bid a goodbye before turning her back.

A warm hand pulls Chaeyoung's hand to turn her around. Chaeyoung looks confused. Mina lets go of her hand and wipes her hands on her shirt, Chaeyoung was amused by the nervous Mina in front of her.

"Oh boy, I'm kinda new to this," Mina mumbles but it was loud enough for Chaeyoung to heard it.

"Listen up, Son Chaeyoung. I'm just gonna say this once," Mina holds both of Chaeyoung's hands with her hands.

"I may be clumsy and maybe my korean is not that good yet, I also may be childish, sometimes noisy, I may not be perfect but..." Mina paused and look at Chaeyoung with a sincere eyes, "I like you. I really like you and I mean it."

"You once ask me who will I choose if I have to choose between you and Heinz ketchup, I didn't answer you that time but I can answer you now. I choose you. No matter how many times you ask, my answer will always be you."

Mina waited. There's still no answer. She's scared to death now. Mina lowers her head and slowly lets go of Chaeyoung's hands. Two hands cupped her face and a warm lips meets hers. Chaeyoung tiptoed to reach Mina's height but its worth it. Mina's worth it.

"W-What does that mean?" Mina stuttered with her blushing cheeks. "It means I like you too, I really like you too"

Mina pulls Chaeyoung into a tight hug, "I'm going to call you mine from now on."

Chaeyoung giggles in her embraces, the first time they hug, she knows this is the person she's going to love the rest of her life.

Their relationship starts with a hug, it would end with a hug too.

"Chaeyoung, remember this weekend okay? It's important for you and Mina." Chaeyoung's dad voice speaks out of Chaeyoung's phone.

"Alright, I'll remind her, bye dad."

"Wait, wait!"

"Yes?"

"You forgot something."

"Fine, love you dad."

"Love you too."

Chaeyoung shakes her head at her dad's word before hanging up, smiling.

Chaeyoung look at the velvety box on her hand. This is their future.

Mina and Chaeyoung sits beside each other, with Chaeyoung's parents asking Mina many question. Mina don't know where this is going but she gladly answers Chaeyoung's playful parents.

They finished their dinner but Chaeyoung's dad told them to sit and wait for the dessert while he and Chaeyoung's mom walks away.

Mina receives another message again, it's the third one since they walk out the house.

Mina keeps glancing at Chaeyoung, Chaeyoung wants to ignore her, Chaeyoung wants to be selfish for once. She just can't.

"Go."

This time Chaeyoung didn't even turn her head to Mina. She's afraid that if she see Mina, she'll be selfish and didn't fulfill her promise.

Mina opens to say something but nothing comes out. "Go now."

Mina nodded again. Then walks away.

Chaeyoung sits alone on the big table. She tooks out the velvety box. "The engagement seems to be a fail."

Chaeyoung's parent is about to approve them that night. But Mina is not there.

Mina walks in Momo's house. The sight of sleeping Momo on the couch makes Mina smile. She crouch to meet Momo's face, she covered the girl with the blanket on the table.

Momo stirs and wakes up by the movement. "Mina...?"

"Yes, I am."

"Why are you so late?"

"I was having dinner with Chaeyoung."

"Mina, do you love me?"

"Yes."

"Break up with Chaeyoung."

Mina wakes up at Momo's house. She wash up before leaving there. She feels like today is someday special but she just can't put a finger on it. She's sure its related to Chaeyoung.

A message from Chaeyoung.

Let's meet at the park.

The park. She have a bad feeling about this.

She arrived in no time. Chaeyoung smiles when she saw Mina approaching, "Mina."

Mina hummed and stand face-to-face with Chaeyoung. "Do you remember this place?" Mina nodded. "Do you remember our first kiss?" Mina nodded again. "Mina, do you know what about you that I love the most?" Mina shakes her head.

"Your hug. I love your hug the most. The first time your hug is filled with love and warm." Chaeyoung's eyes start to fill with tears. "Do you know what day is today?" Mina shakes her head again. "Our third anniversary, Mina."

"You owe me a gift, Mina. Can you give it to me?" Mina nodded. "I want a hug."

Chaeyoung was in Mina's arm in a second, Chaeyoung hugs her back. Mina heard Chaeyoung murmur "I'm going to miss this." What is happening now?

"Since you have give me a gift, it's my turn now." Chaeyoung pulls away and wipes her tears with her sleeves. She forces a smile and took out a velvety box, "Take it." Mina opens and saw a pair of rings. "What is this?" She saw this ring before, she stares at this for twenty minutes two years ago. She once told Chaeyoung to buy this if she want to marry her.

"Our engagement ring, well it suppose to be but... I'll give you now since you love this ring so much but that's not my gift yet." Chaeyoung is sniffing, trying to hold her tears with all her might. "Listen up, Myoui Mina." Mina wants to take a step to hug her but Chaeyoung steps backwards.

"I'll give you your gift. I'll let you go now."

"What are you talking about?" Mina hope she heard wrong. Mina is confused.

"I'll let you go." Chaeyoung finally burst into tears. She covered her eyes with her arm.

Mina wants to hug her badly but Chaeyoung hold out her hand to stop her. Mina received another message from Momo.

"Go."

Third time. Chaeyoung told her to go three time. But why did she doesn't feel like going anymore.

"I s-said g-go." Chaeyoung is crying. They date for three years now, it's the first time Mina saw Chaeyoung crying. Mina's heart is tearing to pieces.

Mina turned her back and walk to the car. She went to Momo's house again.

Chaeyoung can't really be selfish for once. At least she fulfills her promise.

Finally, finish this! I'm thinking of a sequel, because my baby suffers too much in this chapter T.T And wow! 2000+ words I must be crazy XD but this is not the original ending, its suppose to be a michaeng happy ending, i dun know what happen there
