In front of her parents, she’s sweet and loving antonymous of how she acts in front of others. Her mischievous behavior is her asset, more like of a skill. She’s a good company but if you mess around with her, she’s creepy.

Her application at a university in the US was approved and everything was planned already. She’s going to stay with her father who was working there. Her things were all packed and the plane tickets but she changed her mind the night before her flight.

“What!?” her mom exclaimed.

“Sorry, mama.”

“Have you gone nuts? What were you thinking? Remember it’s your future that’s at stake here. Think about it. Don’t be so childish with your decision.” Her mother firmly said.

“I know.” She lowered her head. “ … that’s why I’m telling you this. I want you and dad to consider my plans. I’ve thought about it, ma. I don’t want to be away from you for the next four years. I prefer to study here. With you.”

Her mom let out a deep heavy breath before looking at her daughter’s eyes. “I’ll be visiting you there from time to time. Your dad is there with you too.”

“Really ma … I’m so sorry. I didn’t mean to disappoint you and dad. Just trust me and besides, I passed the exams in the universities here.”

There was silence.  Obviously, her mother wasn’t expecting this to happen. She had thought about it for the past days and she made up her mind to just stay. Studying abroad wasn’t her dream. She’s determined to convince her parents about her decision.

Another sigh let out of her mother’s mouth. “Are you really serious about that?”

Yoona nodded.

“Alright, what can I do? Go talk and explain to your father. I don’t know on how he’s going to react on that.” The older girl clutched her head with a dismayed face.

“Thanks, mama. Love you.” She hugged her mother from behind.
