The future heir of a successful company has been living the perfect life (as so he calls it), with the world beneath his feet and his beautiful wife by his side. That is until he discovered that he's been diagnosed with con heart disease. In desperate need of seeking medical attention in an attempt to cure himself, he shunned himself from the world and admitted himself into a hospital. Feeling down in the dumps, somehow he finds solace and comfort in the form of a young trainee nurse. As they spend time together, he is enticed by her refreshing personality and optimism and at the same time, she slowly unravels and sees the real man behind the cold, brooding, mysterious façade. Will she heal him of his void? Or will she unknowingly and inevitably kill him?
Foreword
I know with my previous works it was kind of obvious that I was (still kind of am) an EXO fan but sadly I've slowly drifted away from them and I happened to get into a band called WINNER now and I've said this before and I'm gonna say it again; there is a huge lack of non-cliche fics here of WINNER x you and I had another plot bunny in my head, this isnt as angst-y as I plan Acquiesce to be but this one is more of slice of life, I guess? Or maybe I'm wrong and it might turn out angstier than I had initially hoped it to be. By the way, this story is set in Seoul, Korea in the year 2021. Technically speaking, in this story Mino is about 28/29 and not 22/23.
This story is entirely fictional and I am extremely against plagiarization of my work.
