8th week in school

This

is

a

joke.

The boys were different than the others.

One look was enough to figure that out.

But was that a bad thing?

They were strong, not physically but mentally.

You could try whatever you wanted, you would never bring them down.

Normally if you're the new one at school, you probably had a hard time.

But not these boys.

They had each other and didn't give a damn about anyone else.

This didn't go unnoticed by the others and let's just say,

they didn't like it.

If one of the seven new guys at school was met alone by another group, it meant trouble.

Trouble for everyone.

Kids tried to hurt them,

not with punches but words,

but their victims didn't surrender.

The young boys didn't hit them, or insulted them,

but they did something else.

Something which left everyone who ever tried to mock them hiding from them like a little kid afraid of the monsters in their closet.

But even though no one of the others knew what they did instead,

because the people never told anyone what happened,

everyone was afraid of them.

Not only the students, but teachers as well.

They tried not to show it, a teacher being afraid of some kids? This wouldn't be accepted.

But they were.

It's true, if you asked one of them, a teacher or a student, no one could have explained why, but absolutely no one wanted to get on their wrong side.

There was something in their eyes.

Something indescribable.

They were dangerous.

And everyone kept their distance.

The guys were only enrolled at this school for two months and not one person dared to go up to them to talk, to afraid of what could happen.

Everyone tried to spend as less time with them in one room as possible.

And this fear goes for one person alone.

If they were together in a group, no student nor teacher even had the courage to look at them.

Maybe this fear was the reason for all the boys getting lot of extra work from the teachers without descriptive explanations.

Keeping the boys away from one another.

They didn't complain about it.

Not in front of others.

If this is all the school could do to intimidate them, then it was a joke.

So they did their work in silence, giving the brooms, sponges and scrubbers back to the teachers with a slight smile playing around their lips.

With a little smile, but with dark eyes.

They knew what everyone tried.

But they would never give in to be their marionette and obey everything the upper people say.

They were to smart. To experienced.

The time the boys spend with each other was near to zero.

They had different classes, different duties, different meal times.

And when the day was over, they mostly were to exhaust to see the others.

The teachers thought they did the right thing, keeping the troublemakers away from each other.

But they were wrong.

Oh so wrong.

It just made the seven students annoyed and, well, angry.

All of them? No, that wouldn't be true.

Hoseok and Jungkook were neither. Not annoyed. Not angry.

They might be a bit sad about the little time everyone spend with each other, but other than that, the two boys were just dead tired.

When everyone else went to sleep, these two sneaked out to practice.

Hoseok dancing his little heart out in the old dance room in the rotten part of school,

because he was never satisfied with his skills. Always made some mistakes.

But he got better.

And one day, maybe it would be enough.

And Jungkook sneaked into the tiny library of the school, hid in the last pile of books with a flashlight and learned.

Learned everything he needed to know for the next tests.

Maybe this is the last chance he will get for a nice life.

The last chance to rearrange his life.

To make his dream of a happy life come true.

I pulled all-nighters at practice rooms instead of school, dancing and singing
When you guys partied, I gave up sleep for my dreams
I spent all night holding a pen, closing my eyes only after the morning sun rises
My limit was broken in the double standards and many opposition. <<

It was hard time for everyone.

Here they were trying so hard to fit in,

to start over.

And no one wanted them, but tried to make them give up.

But they hadn't reckoned with the strength of the boys.

They would never give up.

Never surrender.

They are bulletproof.
