The next day was like any typical Saturday for the family. They packed up the car and drove the two hours to stay at Leeteuk’s for the weekend, attending Henry’s morning concert and going out to lunch afterwards. Now as the day drew to an end and the sun began to descend upon the horizon, everyone scattered about the house doing their own thing. While Heechul and Leeteuk had disappeared to God only knew where, Key settled in the basement with Henry to watch the seasonal Halloween movie special that they waited for every year.

Having made themselves comfortable with blankets and a bowl of popcorn between them, the two sixteen year olds had their eyes glued to the television which was playing the end of Hocus Pocus. With the lights out and only the flickering shadows from the TV screen, neither of them noticed Mir slowly creeping down the stairs. However, the younger boy wasn’t exactly known for his stealth skills and so when he stepped down on a creaky floor board, Key and Henry shared a knowing look. A split second later a body toppled over the side of the couch, landing in their popcorn.

“Blehh! I’ve come to your blood!” Mir exclaimed giddily, falling onto the floor in a very uncoordinated manner.
