It started one Friday night at the dinner table.

Sitting across from him with his glasses sliding down his nose was Kibum, who was typing away furiously on Heechul’s laptop in a last minute attempt to finish up an essay to e-mail his tutor that was due at midnight. A loud silence filled the room but neither of them batted an eye when footsteps thundered through the house and came to an immediate stop in front of the refrigerator.

Mir paused in mid motion with his hand grasping the fridge handle and looked behind him at his brother’s until finally, a long minute later, he tugged open the door and quickly reached inside for the plastic quart they used to make juice and other instant beverages.
