say please. [ mingyu. ]
seventeen.“you’re really not going to help me?”
there’s a sharp edge in your tone, but that does nothing to wipe the smirk off his face.
instead, he leans against the doorway, arms crossed over his frame. a brow quirks,
head tilting to the side in attempt to act nonchalant.
“help with what?”
jerk.
your fingers brush over the item on the shelf– nearly there–
and once again, you cannot reach that damn high. you’ve spent a couple of minutes trying
to get it– you were going to get a chair, but a certain someone came into the room and started watching you.
you really thought you could do this on your own. you really did.
a loud sigh is released and you turn towards the other, giving him an expectant look.
“what?”
–ah, so this is the game. eyes shut, a finger pinching the bridge of your nose before you face the shelf again.
you don’t want to play– you’re not going to give in.
cue another minute of struggle– and then you hear him approach, and suddenly, he’s too close for comfort.
his chest is pressed against your back as he leans to reach; it’s such a simple task but you know exactly what he’s doing.
“just say please next time.” he remarks, glancing down at you before taking a step back.
you reach for the item– but of course, he doesn’t give it that easily. a finger points to his lips
and he grins at the defeated countenance you have. but to his surprise, you take a step forth
and close the distance, a hand resting on his shoulder as you go on your tip toes–
but rather than a kiss, your fingers pinch his nose and he winces. opportunity is taken as you
yank the object from his hand, shooting a halfhearted glare in his direction.
“just say please next time, mingyu.”
