“I-It's nice to meet you too...” Naeun trailed off, staring at Yoseob longer than was necessary. She wondered what his Gift was. Hypnotism? Mind-reading? Looking into his eyes, Naeun felt like he was uncovering every secret she had to hide. She felt unravelled. Exposed.

Naeun shivered.

All of a sudden she felt cold. But it wasn't because of Yoseob this time.

Her eyes slowly slid from Yoseob to the person sitting in front of her. She was a bit taken aback.

Eunji.

She was radiating a dark aura, and her look was so sharp it could cut glass. Naeun gulped, seized by an unreasonable fear. Why was Eunji looking at her like she was going to kill?

“Oi,” Bomi whispered from behind her. “Stop staring at Yoseob-oppa.”

She didn't explain why, but then she didn't have to.

Yoseob, with the hand still on Eunji's shoulder, gave her a light squeeze that momentarily drew her attention away from Naeun and to him. Naeun watched in silent awe as the cold, hard look Eunji was wearing melted away and was replaced by her cheerful, default expression again. The look on Yoseob's face was something else entirely.
