"So I've been waiting for you." 

Having heard his words, she slightly shakes her head, but smiles. He smiles back. 

"Promise me that you won't leave." He says, lifting his lower arm and showing her his pinky.

"I'm not going anywhere." She says assuringly, linking her pinky into his and kisses his hand. "I'm sorry."

"You can now stop saying that." 

She chuckles.

He feels so happy to see her smile again. It's been so long...

Nichkhun's mom enters the room and is surprised to see her son has already woken up.

"Oh my god, son!" She hurriedly runs to hug him.

"Hey mom. Sorry for... sleeping in." He jokes.

"Welcome back, man." Taecyeon grins toothfully, then does his handshake with Nichkhun.

"Mom, this is my friend, Tiffany." Nichkhun introduces.

"Hello, Tiffany, nice to meet you." 

"Hi, nice to meet you, Mrs..." 

"Just call me Mrs. Kelly." Nichkhun's mom flashes a gentle smile. "Where's Jessica?" She asks.

"Oh, right. I'm gonna call to let her know now." Taecyeon replies. He eyes Tiffany and Nichkhun's expressions before leaving the room.

"Okay, I'm gonna see the doctor. Two of you can hang out a bit. Tiffany, do you want something to eat?"

"I'm fine. Thank you, Mrs. Kelly." She politely refuses.

After talking for a couple of minutes, the two find Jessica running into the room. She grabs his face and kisses him multiple times on the cheeks, making Taecyeon and Tiffany somewhat uncomfortable.

"I... I gotta go. I was supposed to do some stuffs with my dad."
