"You guys! Is everything alright up there? We're gonna be late!"

Another scream can be heard from downstairs.

"Jessica..." the first word Nichkhun says breaking the silence between the two. "I um... I think I probably should get dressed..."

"...Yeah." Tiffany says quietly and lets him go.

"Okay."

She gets her stuffs and leaves the room as he's watching every one of her movements. He then quickly puts on his clothes.

On the car drive, Nichkhun can see a reflection of Tiffany keeping on staring out the window on the rearview mirror. He wonders what she is thinking at the moment. No one is saying anything and everything is quiet until Jessica says, "you guys want some music? What do you like?" Nichkhun then opens his glove compartment and takes out a compact disc.

"Can you put this in?" He asks Jessica.

"Yeah. 'Gift'?" She reads the writing on the CD.

Tiffany instantly turns her head away from looking outside, for the first time since she got on the car. She looks at Nichkhun through the rearview mirror.

"It's a gift." He replies Jessica as he and Tiffany stare each other in that mirror, with 'Long Distance' by Brandy playing in the background.

At the party, some are, socializing, talking and laughing together like Jessica, some are making jokes hoping their friends would laugh, some are drinking until their legs give up on them, and many are doing questionable things - the side effect of alcohol. Everyone is having a great time. However, there is one perso
