These are the kinds of comments Kang Hyeyoung hears everyday. It is true that she gets lonely but she is afraid. Nothing but afraid. Afraid of being deceived. Afraid of having the same thing happen with as father, as her mother. There was someone before, someone who was there, who she trusted. That girl also deceived her. Left one day without warning. Now, Hyeyoung has nothing, nobody. That is, until she leaves her mother to live in her father's house. Hyeyoung is starting over. The problem is, once she gets there, she has no idea where to start.

Teaser One
"You look freezing. Do you need a ride?" he says with a calm, assuring voice.
I just nod my head.
"Hop in," he greets, "Where is your address?"
I hand him the slip of paper and he press his foot to the pedal. For the whole ride, all I hear is the quiet radio and the sound of rain smashing against the car as we move faster. I stare out the window and see trees and tall buildings pass by.
About ten minutes later, I hop out of the car.
"Thank you," I say, barely over a whisper.
"No problem," he replies.
I slam the door shut and he pulls away.
Teaser Two
I sit alone at the back of the class. I really hope this isn't one of the introduction days. People should just ignore me. Everyone else does. I lean back in my chair and start to half-listen to the teacher babble on.
"For the first project, you will all be in groups of four or five," he says.
Really?
I raise my hand. "Is it mandatory to be in a group?" I ask.
"Yes it is Ms. Kang," he explains, "and I'm letting you all choose the groups."
I sigh quietly. There is no getting out of this.

I didn't put their personalities like I normally do for my stories because I will make sure that people can identify them through my writing.
I want to thank immaninja13 for telling me to put this story back up and for naming the main character. I lost all the files to this story so it will be a bit different (hopefully better)^^
