It was a breezy night in the streets of Seoul, winter is almost up. The leaves on the trees are falling one by one, you took a deep breath as you rubbed your arms together, with a smile you entered a cake shop and was greeted by one of the workers Jin. "Is the cake ready yet?" You asked, as you took a peek over. Jin nodded and smiled "Yes! Here you go !" Jin handed the box of cake over, you took a peek and saw "Happy 3rd anniversary, Wonwoo boo!" You chuckled at the smiley face, you thought that it was perfect. It's perfect in anyone's point of view, satisfied with what you had you paid and left the store. You look up only to see the sky filled with clouds, you frowned and sighed. Hoping that it won't rain, you looked at your wrist watch and saw the time "9pm" he should be done by his schedules right now.

You went to the usual hangout and sat there, it's been a month since you contacted Wonwoo. It honestly, but you understood that he's very busy so you knew you had to be a patient. Specially if you're secretly dating him, dating an idol is hard and you knew this would come. But you loved Wonwoo with all of your heart. Before he gets to be a trainee, you guys were inseperable, you guys had kown each other since you both are in diapers, his birthday was on the 17th of July and yours was on the 18th of July. How weird that ever since you were a child, you knew you were in love with Wonwoo. You never had a boyfriend since you've dedicated your heart to him for the past 19 years of your lives. Wonwoo, however being the handsome and every girls' dream of course dated girls. And you being the supportive best friend, you endured the pain of him being happy with someone else, but that ended when his helmet finally got off of his head and realized his feelings for you

That's the time where your love blossomed until he gets into PLEDIS to be a trainee of Seventeen. You took a deep breath and smiled as you kept on reminscing the memories you had with Wonwoo. You decided to wait for more, until hours passed and Wonwoo was nowhere to be seen. You checked your wrist watch and it stated "11:30pm" you still have a few minutes left before this special day ends. You were starting to think if he have forgotten? He couldn't have since he had always greeted you every month anniversaries you had. Sighing you stood up and decided to walk into Seventeen's dorm, you stopped in your tracks and pulled your phone out to call Wonwoo instead before making a hasty decision, you pressed the speed dial number and Wonwoo's number appeared, you had your phone on your ear while taking slow walks your heart beat increased when he picked up the call, but it felt like your heart was stabbed by a million knives when you heard another voice, a girl's voice

"Hello?" The girl said, you stood on the ground frozen, you were like a statue and you felt like your feet was glued onto the ground, without knowing your tears started to land on your cheeks "Hello?" The girl asked once again and you cleared your throat, you swore that you could feel your world apart when you heard a familiar voice "Babe? Who's that?" The voice asked, you knew that you could be sobbing at this moment but you felt so vulnerable that you can't find your words, soon you had a feeling Wonwoo took the phone from the girl and spoke "Hello, who's this?" Wonwoo asked, you let out a bitter smile and exhaled loudly "Hi, Wonwoo... boo." You said, emphasizing the word "boo". Wonwoo's eyes widened, he felt his run grow cold and he stuttered "">(Y/N),  I, I swear I can explain-" "No need to, Woon." You cut him off, a patethic smile was plastered on your face "I just wanna say that, Happy 3rd year anniversary. I enjoyed every moment that I spent with you. I bought you a cake but I'm leaving this at the usual hangout. Have a healthy life and a new healthy relationship. Jeon Wonwoo."

You said, you hanged up before he could speak as you walk back to the usual hangout and placed the box of cake on the top of a table. Biting your lips, you cried hard on that spot until you felt better. You look at the time and it stated as "12am". That was your cue and the green light. You knew that moving on from him would be impossible and won't be easy. Easier said than done, but you decided to let things be. He was like the missing puzzle piece who completed you when he asked you out that day. But like what the saying says. "Don't force to fit a piece if it doesn't fit anymore.". And with that, you left with a bitter and heavy heart. Hoping that these feelings would just fade that fast as if nothing ever happened. Like how he replaced you easily as if you guys haven't been together for so long.

I'm sorry, orz. I just had to do this. My emo side isn't helping and I haven't wrote a proper angst story. Also, please don't ask for a sequel.
