For the better or worst?
ChoicesKyungsoo yawned heavily and continued typing. It wasn't that bad being an editor, but it was a chore to be an editor in Korea's top company. It's not that he hated it though. Kyungsoo loved his job, he had planned since high school to either be a writer or an editor. Being an intern in the top newspaper company immediately after graduation and then working his way up to an editor had been a dream come true.
Having a caring and understanding life partner like Jongin was like icing on the cake. Although there were problems because Jongin wasn't exactly realistic. Jongin might have been kind of a dependent boyfriend but he was definitely a dependent fiancé. He always had to see Kyungsoo by the time he was home if not he would get frustrated. Which is why he would always blow up Kyungsoo's phone whenever he was late and demand for Kyungsoo to be home immediately. But despite all this, at the end of the day Jongin would always apologize for overreacting and then find time for Kyungsoo some other day. So Kyungsoo did consider himself really blessed. Yet, he still hadn't realized why those gut feelings won't go away, as if trying to prove a point that something bad was indeed about to happen...
"Urghh I don't need to think about all this right now. It's only going to add to my headache." Kyungsoo groaned out.
"Hey Soo, here's some coffee. You look like you really need it." Hyunsik told him.
Hyunsik was like Kyungsoo's best friend. He worked in the company as assistant manager and adored Kyungsoo. Kyungsoo was aware that Hyunsik was interested in him but he had mentioned to Hyunsik many times that he had a fiancé. Hyunsik always played it off and said he was just doing some healthy flirting. Which is why Kyungsoo also frequently laughed it off. Furthermore, Hyunsik was too good of a friend to push away.
"Oh and by the way, the boss wants to see you."
The boss aka Choi Siwon. He was the CEO of the company. Kyungsoo had never talked to him directly which is why he was shocked that Mr Choi wanted to talk to him.
