Jaein stood in front of a big mansion with green lawn and a massive gate. Her slim finger moved slowly toward the white button. Still hesitant, she pushed it with a small sigh. 

"yes... " a sleepy voice answered the intercom.

"I'm Jenny.. I'm looking for Mr. Kim Minjung" she replied.

"Dad went out.. Bye!" the man voice said.

Bye? So, the person inside has no intention to let her in? Jaein let out another sigh.

Jaein pov

Should i wait? I mean, uncle Kim told me that he'll be home by 3.00 pm and I'm actually ealy by 30 minutes.. Hmm, 30 minutes will end in a blink, right?

I pushed my lagguage to the side of the gate and sat on it. The sun was not helping either as my shirt was clearly drenched with sweat. From far, I saw a blue BMW approaching the entrance and stopped in front of me.

I can't help but smile seing a motherly silhouette appering out of the vehicle. In seconds, a warm hug greeted me. Aunty Marry looks exactly the way i remembered her 13 years ago. It was on my mother's funeral.

"Jaein-ah, why are you waiting us here.. The maids went to market I guess. But I've told Jude that we're expecting you this evening. That brat.." uncle Kim patted my shoulder.

Jude... That boy is still a brat after all this years. I still can feel the pain he caused by pulling my hair of my scalp when I was 10 and he was 5. 

The three of us sat in the living room and catched up with each other. Uncle Kim and Aunt Marry knew what happened to my dad and my step-family. That evil step mother of mine accused me of trying to kill her by pushing her off the stair. Dad went crazy over ut, he even kick me out. All these for his 30 years old new bride. As if having a step mon who's only 5 years older is not hard enough from me.

Our conversation was halt by a big yawn coming from a man clad in white shirt and blue harem pants. Rubbing his eyes, he walked passed me and sat next to aunty Marry.

"Aish this boy... Jude, why don't you say hello to your "big sister". Jaein will be handling the powerplant project in Jeju. So she will be staying with us. Go on, be a nice brother" Aunty Marry explain.

Enf POV

Jude took small steps towards Jaein and her close for a brief-not-so-friendly hug.

"Nice to see u Jae Noona. Btw, your s a flat" he muttered, causing slight blush on Jaein's cheeks.

"OMG, I might be in deep " Jaein thought.
