The alarm clock pierces my ears as I get out of bed I look at the clock 8:09am. I walk to the bathroom, dreading today that  something is gonna happen to where someone is going to make fun of me or fear me.

 

Either I'm an easy target well not really but ever since the CIA made me into a supernatural teen soldier but there's no good days only favorable moments. But there's a lot of bad days in the mix of reality it's everyday situation where I fear the worst will happen during school hours.

 

" Ow ! Damn it !." I said in pain

 

I burned my finger again with the stupid curling iron.

 

Maybe I should cut my hair short. No I love my long raven black hair.

 

" Saphira hurry up ." Lisa

 

" Why ? We live right next to school literally ." I said

 

Lisa is my best friend and my only friend because I wasn't really that social with peers. I'm very shy at first but then when I have a job to do I turn into a different person. I met her at a Black Veil Brides concert two years ago.

 

She won VIP tickets on the radio but I knew the leader of band. Andy Biersack I knew him because I rescued him in Greece from hired kidnappers four years ago. He thought the FBI sent a guy in 40s but when he saw me, he was shocked to see me. Either he was very thankful and grateful too. Either way I met Lisa.

 

" I signed you up to help the new teacher at Aspira ." She said

 

We both attended school called AEC ( Aspira Early College ). In Chicago even though I never like Chicago in the first place.

 

" What !?!?." I said as I put my black eyeliner and lip balm

 

" Hey ! You'll thank me later for it trust me ." She said

 

Lisa is tall and tanned but her hair is perfect just that long, flowing blonde hair but most thing I envy is her eyes. They are like emeralds, just like a perfect green color but today she put her hair a fishtail braid. Lisa is a junior like me but she owns an apartment that we live in. Her parents are muilt- millionaires.

 

" If you say so ." I said as I walk into the living room

 

" You'll see ." She said

 

She looks at me in awe

 

" What is it ?." I ask

 

" You look so beautiful I can never pull off your look ." She said

 

" What look ?." I asked her

 

" That whole Snow White look you got going on ." She said

 

I'm five' five and my hair is long raven black I have this birthmark on my arm. It's celtic knot crescent moon and it's the size of Texas. I have curves and big . My adopted parents used to tease me about it. I also have big s. My skin is very fair. My eyes are mixed with purple and pure silver.

 

" Lisa I killed to have a tan but I can't and you know why ." I said

 

" Yeah I know but you got the ring on ." She said

 

" Yes ." I said

 

" And your thermos with you know what in there ?."  She said

 

It's not that hard to say tiger/lion blood I mean its only to control my inner demon that thirst blood for human blood.

 

" Yes mom, now let's go ." I said

 

" Ok, ok ." She said

 

I look at my watch it's 8:53am. We walk out the door and locked. Then the 80 seconds walk to school but as we walk but I have to ask.

 

" What's the name of this new teacher ?." I ask as we walk into school building

 

" Mr. Pitts ." She said

 

" Subject ?." I ask

 

" American Literature ." She said

 

" Is he young ?." I ask

 

" He's actually 23 ." She said

 

" Ok that is young ." I said

 

" He graduated high school and college early ." She said as we walk to the Dean Horton office to collect the info on the new guy

 

" Did you get another vision today ?." I ask

 

" No !." She said

 

We walk in.

 

" Saphira, how are you ?." Dean Horton ask

 

" I'm good but you know the drill Ms. Horton ." I said

 

I extend my hand for his file and she hands me the file.

 

" I know you how you feel Ms. Horton but you know know the law. Remember the agreement of CIA ." I said

 

Shoot ! I even remember my agreement.

 

" I know ." Dean Horton said

 

I nod I hand my backpack to Lisa I used my speed to get Mr. Pitts room. I stand in doorway of the classroom I knock on the open door.

 

He was his desk going over a lesson plan that I did and he's hot !. He's is 5'10, short brown hair it's is well styled and very nice, dark brown eyes. He's dressed as a hipster.

 

" Are you Daniel Pitts ?." I said

 

" Yes and who are to ask ? You are just a student ." He said as if was offended

 

" You have no idea who are talking to ." I said

 

" Why ? Who are secret service ." He said

 

" I was for a year but I want more action so I joined the CIA for the action ." I said

 

" Oh really, then is Bin Linden really dead ?." He ask

 

" I'm sorry according to governmental law cannot revel that plus it's top- secret military governmental information that I cannot revel to the public ." I said

 

" That's how I know, you ain't CIA ." He said

 

I show him my badge for CIA that I wear as a necklace.

 

" How do I know that this ain't fake ." He said

 

" Oh trust me it's real ." I said

 

I look at the clock it's 9:10am it's a free period for him. He goes over badge then I hear gasped.

 

" Are you ok ?." I ask

 

" Yeah the badge is sharp ." He said

 

I smell blood

 

" You're bleeding !." I said as I turned away

 

My fangs are coming out and my eyes are glowing hazel.

" Are you okay ?." He ask

 

" I'm fine it's just I get nervous when I see blood ." I said

 

My fangs are gone I turned back to face him.

 

" I'm sorry I never caught your name ." He said

 

" Saphira ." I said

 

" Oh like the dragon from the book Eragon ." He said

 

" Yup ." I said

 

" How did you get into business with CIA also the secret service ?." He ask

 

" When I was four I hacked into NASA, NATO, RAND, ISIS. I also hacked the Pentagon even World Bank and The President of America ." I said

 

" You hacked all things ." He said shocked

 

" Yeah I was faster than everyone else plus I have a photographic memory ." I said

 

" Wait a minute you're Saphira Arias ." He said

 

" Yeah why ?." I ask

 

" Because you're the co-teacher for one of my classes ." He said

 

" Well that's not a surprised before you came I was teaching them ." I said

 

" All of them !." He said  

 

" Yeah why you seem so surprise at that ?." I ask

 

" Earlier I was reading a lesson plan that was left for me ." He replied

 

" That was me also ." I said

 

" But as I was reading it. She sound like she was behind her years ." He said

" I studied very hard !." I said
