It was just another day for the exo members who had returned from yet another schedule. This time, it was a simple fanmeeting to promote their first mini/winter album - Miracles in December. Thankfully the event was inside where heaters were everywhere to keep them and the fans warm and toasty.

The manager ordered hot soup and some other dishes to be delivered home when they got back to the dorm before he left to eat a nice home cooked meal with his wife and son.

Slightly jealous but awfully tired, everyone retreated to their rooms for a well deserved nap until the food got there. Everyone except Aeri.

The girl wore contacts and anyone who wore contacts daily can understand the struggle of not being able to take naps wherever they wanted and the hassle to take them off and put them on was too much.

Instead, she sat on the couch in their living room, holding a mug of warm herbal tea. The chamomile scent itself was enough to lure her to sleep, but all she wanted to do was relax for now. The food would be here any minute and someone needed to be there to receive it. She sipped on the warm water while watching the rerun of the latest episode of the drama she'd been following - the heirs. The series was almost over and she was bittersweet about it all - she didn't want it to end but the next drama scheduled on sbs seemed just as amazing, she couldn't wait for it to start.

“Aeri noona, what are you doing?” Sehun asked, exiting his room and walking over quickly to sit with the girl.  

“Nothing special.” She smiled, answering him while the younger one scooted and got more comfortable around her. He even took the liberty to grab a plush blanket from the side and cover both of them up. The weather was cold and although they were inside, it wasn't that great either. “The delivery person will be here soon, so I'm just waiting.”

Sehun nodded hearing her, “you can go rest, I'll stay up.”

Aeri couldn't help but find his words endearing, as she unconsciously ran her fingers through the boy's hair gently, “thank you, Sehunnie - but I'm fine.”

The boy gulped hard as soon as Aeri touched him, this couldn't end well for him. He watched her turn her head back to the TV screen as she held the mug between her hands and took sips of her tea occasionally. He turned too, to see the drama with her.

A couple minutes passed in silence before Sehun decided to break it, “noona, shouldn't it be here by now?” And as soon as he shifted to look at her, the girl's head fell onto his shoulder-fitting in the crook of his neck comfortably.

It was no surprise to him that she fell asleep like this, everyone knew that Aeri was just one of the few people that herbal teas actually worked on and the other name for chamomile tea is something along the lines of ‘it will put you to sleep’ - it was supposed to help relax. He knew very well that she couldn't sleep for a long time because after all, she still had her contacts in her eyes.  

However, for the moment he just let her rest, even inching closer to her so that Aeri could rest better on him. His eyes traced the girl's facial features which were so close now and his heart beat immediately sped up when his eyes landed on the girl's rosy lips.

He reached his hands down to where she held a mug to take it from her. There was still some tea left in it and he didn't want her to get yelled at when it accidentally spilled. Placing it on the table next to him, he brought his hand back to the blanket gently wrapping her comfortably in it and then moving her hair again from her face. She'd cut her hair for growl promotions and now it was longer but to give her a much more winter woman kind of appeal, the hair stylists had put in hair extensions. He couldn't help but wonder if they were uncomfortable as he tucked a couple strands behind her ear.

Just as Sehun was about to trace the girl's plush lips with his thumb, the doorbell rang jolting her awake. Her head hit the younger’s nose and his head backed up a couple inches from the impact immediately causing his nose to bleed.

Without being able to think of how uncomfortable her eyes felt, she scooted towards Sehun for his aid. “Oh my god, Sehun. Are you okay? I'm so sorry.” But the boy continued writhing in pain, screaming in embarrassment in the back of his head. He couldn't believe the situation.

The doorbell rang a couple more times making a sleepy Baekhyun wake up. He came out of the room shouting, “can no one else hear the doorbell. You two! You guys are awake why can't you hear it.”

He complained while walking towards the door and Aeri literally dropped Sehun’s head from her hands as she saw the older boy walking towards the door. “Byun Baekhyun. I stayed up for this don't you dare open the door, I will!” If it wasn't her recieving the food then she'd feel empty on the inside as if her mission was left unaccomplished just because she fell asleep after waiting for so long.

Did it matter to Baekhyun how she felt? No. Why did it not matter to him? Because he's a piece of . He laughed at her waiting for a second until she was literally running towards the door before opening it. Aeri could beat him up. She felt so disappointed in him and as well as all of humanity. She still helped him bring the bags of food into the kitchen and also grabbing the first aid box from the bathroom to help Sehun while Baekhyun woke the members up to eat.

“I'm really sorry, Sehun.” The girl apologized once again, grabbing some cotton from the box and cleaning up around his nose. “I really hope nothing is broken. Does it hurt a lot?” She asked, pressing on different parts of his nose with her fingers.

Sehun nodded, “it hurts but don't worry noona, I doubt that your strength can break me.”

“Well my strength made you bleed,” she pouted, discarding the cotton to grab new one, “I'm so sorry though.”

“It's okay.” He mumbled for the hundredth time as the girl held his face in her hands to raise it. He squeaked at the touch, shivering a little and pulling away.
