I arrived home with mixed feeling after irene told me  the story

FLASHBACK

"Actually....your wife married you because of money"

"Don't make up story irene especially about my wife" my heart start became impatient

"Why would i lie?? I don't get any benefit from lying...she was so desperate to use money so she accept the offer that your family gave..."

"You mean that our marrige was planned??"

Irene nodded

"She doesn't have job and need to make money for her sick father and two siblings that still study.....your family offer amount of money who's willing to marry you so she accept because what choice is better than this.."


Chorong walking down from the stairs and came near to me....she hugged me with sweet smiled

"Welcome home honey...you must be tired don't you..i cook your favourite food today"

But i didnt gives her any reaction and just stand there coldly

I placed my hand on chorong shoulder and sighed
