JI Hyo honestly scared me here, of course like it's not characteristic of the JH that we know, but this interpretation and portrayal as the perpetrator in a domestic abuse relationship purely in the context of the fic was frighteningly spot on.
I haven't been in an abusive relationship but like JK's fear is so real, like the constant reminder that he can't make her mad that like I tensed up wooah and that he can't tell anyone except hint. And (while there SHOULD NOT be domestic abuse in the first place) like I think this also shows that domestic abuse can also be done by women to men etc. Broken Jong Kook holy (I'm really ashamed to say this but like a dark, broken JK is like.. my guilty pleasure, because he's always so strong and stuff)
