Chapter: ELEVEN.

Someone's phone was vibrating.

The phone was vibrating inside Seyong's bag. I was holding onto that bag for a long time, as I looked down at it. I slowly put the bag down and opened
the bag to see what it was. Again, the phone which stopped vibrating started vibrating again. I put my hand inside the bag to find the phone which was
vibrating and when I took the phone out, the phone was mine. Ah, my phone was always inside this bag... When I flipped the phone up, there were a lot
of messages that came to me, there were twenty missed calls and several text messages, and I have received a text message from today, exactly at twelve
o'clock.

Birthday...? I didn't know what JunQ was talking about that I wondered what day it was today. Today's date is........ 26th of December. It was my birthday.
I didn't know that it was my birthday today, but I felt so happy when I read JunQ's message, since it has been awhile texting with him. I was smiling,
scrolling down to see the other messages which was about JunQ and my parents worried about where I was, and my other friends messaging me greeting
my birthday, when I suddenly scrolled down to the end, which was the number I never saw before.

This wasn't the number that hasn't been saved on my phone. Who's number is this..? I was curious of who sent me this message, that I pressed the number
and pressed onto the call button. It was ringing, and soon there was another vibration inside Seyong's bag again. Chaejin was just keep on putting his phone
near his ears and with his other hand he went through his bag again and took out another phone, which was Seyong's phone. Seyong must have put the
message on automatic send, since it came exactly at twelve o'clock.

"... Kim Seyong."

Again, there I could feel my eyes filling up with tears again. I tried my best not to cry thinking of Seyong telling me boys shouldn't cry, but when I think
about Seyong, I couldn't help my tears from coming out. I was scared, it felt like everything was going to end like this, I want to be strong like him, I want
to show him my smile, but I can't do that. I looked down to his bag again, Seyong's bag... I was hesitating to look through but my hands were already inside
the bag, and was taking everything out. There were equipments of what killers need for them when they do their mission like, guns, gloves, knives, diary
of the record who he killed, and lots more. The last thing that came into my eyes, was Seyong's wallet. I opened the wallet up, and saw the picture of
myself inside Seyong's wallet of me smiling. When I saw that, tears went down on that picture, one drops, two drops, to a lot more.

When one more drop went down onto Seyong's wallet, the sign which said operation light went off. Gunwoo and I immediately stood up when we saw
that the light went off, we were looking at the door to open.

The finally opened as everyone came out of the door, a long with the bed where it had Seyong, they took him to the room, as the last person who came out
of the operation room, the doctor, walked out talking his mask off, wiping his sweat away from his face looking serious.

"D... D-doctor... what happened to S-Seyong..?"

"... for now, we have to see the result. The operation was... almost to a success... but when he came here, he already had lost too much blood..."

"N-no, doctor that can't happen... what do you mean, wait for the result... he's suppose to be awake by now..."

"Chaejin-ah."

I was grabbing onto the doctor, begging him to make Seyong wake up. I wasn't myself when I saw Seyong coming out of the operation room, with the
blanket up to his neck, going inside the room. The doctor looked away from me, and I kept on grabbing onto the doctor, when there was a voice from
behind me, it was Gunwoo's voice. Gunwoo grabbed onto my shoulders, and turned me around, making me look into his eyes.

"What's wrong, Chaejin-ah."

"... Seyong isn't... Seyong isn't waking up..."

"It's going to be okay. Doctor said it was successful. Trust Seyong, he'll wake up."

When Gunwoo finished his words, I didn't know why but I cried out loud taking all the things that happened to me for this past few weeks. Gunwoo who
looked at me crying out loud, didn't seemed to be surprised looking at me like this that he just sighed deeply, as he tapped my back. Gunwoo was really
a father to me right now, his touches were so warm that I just hugged him so tightly crying. Gunwoo who backed up abit, soon got the balance and went
back to tapping my back.

- Beep Beep - there was the machine which was making a sound in the silent room. It was making the loudest sound ever as if the machine wanted attention
like how the humans want attention. I looked away from the machine because I didn't want to see Seyong's heart rate which was telling him that it was only
up to 50 going up only to 52 then back to 50 again. I was looking at Seyong's nose, to his mouth which he had a lot of things put onto them. I grabbed onto
Seyong's hand while not keeping my eyes away from him. Open your eyes, wake up already. Why aren't you waking up? You said you'll be alright. I put my
hand touching Seyong's cheek and whispered towards Seyong, Just open your eyes, Seyong-ah.

But there was no movement, nothing, coming back from Seyong but just the loud sound of the machine beeping.

A Day? I could say that you're just resting after the medicine inside you is gone. Three days? I was getting nervous and worried about you, that I just
kept on waiting for you to move or to open your eyes. A week, and now a month. The doctor came inside the room, and told me that Seyong is brain dead.
You said you'll wake up, you said you'd be okay. You said you'll live... was the meaning of that you'll live was this? Are you satisfied that you're brain dead?
That you can't move or open your eyes, but just to breath in this world? Again, tears started coming out of my eyes, Everyday, everynight I looked into
Seyong's eyes and prayed for him to wake up. Like that, month has gone. And the result you give me is that... you're brain dead? This is betrayal.
You're betraying me, Kim Seyong.

Come on, open your eyes and say something, make some excuse... please.
