I just finished reading "Veronika Decides To Die" by Paolo Coelho and a part of it inspired an idea within me about a girl who has five days left to live. If you had five days left to live, what would you do?

As life in a foreign land started to weigh her down, she decided to write her fantasies down, in a fanfiction titled "You and I". However, "You and I" became a famous internet sensation and was now going to be turned into a drama... with her dream man, Kim Junsu, as the lead role! Will Jiji's dream fantasy finally become a reality?
