After his father gets really sick and needs to receive treatment at one of Seoul hospitals, Kim Jinwoo finds himself and his parents forced to leave Imja island — their hometown. Some friends and acquaintances from Imja island help them with enough money to settle down. However, life in Seoul is very hard and expensive, and the hospital fees are not helping at all.
