/And I don't care what anyone says, but Korean Hip-Hop's the best thing ever that has come into my life since Tupac (the legend himself) & Eminem (ultimate prodigy)/

 

I'm not crazy, I'm unique. I love composing lyrics & writing stories. I love dancing. I love reading psychological books. I love learning languages. I love wearing vintage. I love watching horror movies. I'm obsessed with angst.

I'm just myself.

The ultimate question is:

WHO DO I STAN?

 

1. Epik High

(L-R: Tablo, Mithra Jin, DJ Tukutz. Yeah I know there are heaps of better pics out there, but I chose this one 'cuz it's so randomly hilarious. I mean, what's the theme? Old-school Japanese delinquents? Then what's with the cat & the Japanese umbrella?)

Oh come on, don't tell me you don't love them. These three are just geniuses, I don't even know how to describe my feelings for them. They were the first Korean group I shipped... ever since I heard "One" (that song is eargasm. Seriously). AND OMFG THEY'RE MAKING A COMEBACK NEXT MONTH!!!!!!!! *alien sounds*

 

2. B2ST

(L-R: Junhyung, Dongwoon, Kikwang, Yoseob, Doojoon, Hyunseung. I really adore this pic 'cuz Junhyung actually had a GOOD hairstyle here. It was weird during debut & Shock, then it just went downhill from Fiction =_______=)

When the DBSK scandal broke out, these boys gave me a new hope to K-Pop (and introduced me to OT3). I've been a B2UTY since debut, & have never regretted it once. These boys are very well-rounded... ALL of them can sing (when I say sing, I mean doing high notes, harmonisations, adlibs & even falsettos ^^), dance & rap. And what I really love about them is the fact that their concerts always use MINIMAL backing vocals, & they always sing live. 

 

3. Infinite

HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHA. I thought they could never be sillier & dorkier than B2ST, but I was wrong. I'm just out of words as an Inspirit XDD FYI, OT3+ Forever Alone Sungjong paint my world~~~~

 

4. Big Bang

I started shipping this group a few months after DBSK, mainly because of their focus on the hip-hop genre. I was devastated when they started doing solo works, but all is well now~ ALIVE is officially the best EP they've released as of now. I've been a V.I.P since 2006~~

 

5. DBSK

(L-R: Junsu, Yoochun, Jaejoong, Changmin, Yunho. I really, REALLY love it when these guys wear suits. And this is probably the first concept by them where I actually approved ALL of their hairstyles) 

FIRST K-Pop group I shipped (those YunJae & YooSu days... *sigh*). I don't ever stan JYJ nor DBSK/HoMin, I'm only in love with them as ONE GROUP.

 

6. Block B

How glad I was when these boys debuted (although their debut song was... bleh. But they've produced much, MUCH better songs since then). We need more HEP-HAP idol groups, people. And I don't mean those idol "rappers" who only get 2-3 lines in each song. I'm talking about RAW, underground, hardcore. Zico & Kyung are great examples because they write their own lyrics & produce their own songs. Oh, don't forget U-Bomb, one of your most realistic OTPs ever.

 

7. B.A.P

BYK grabbed my attention when he was featured in Secret's Jieun's Going Crazy. Then he collaborated with B2ST's Yoseob for I Remember, which has like 200+ play count on my iPod as of now. BYK WRITES HIS OWN LYRICS OMFG *flails* HIS VOICE IS UNF. But since Power, Youngjae has climbed up my bias list & currently (No Mercy era) stands at #2 <3
