Chapter 5: Possibly one of the best stories I've read here. It's so God damn... like as soon as you see that Tao had killed a survivor for Yifan, my heart sank, but sweet J, this story is unbelievably beautiful. <3
Chapter 2: I'm still at the first part of the first chapter and I'm already feeling a lump in my throat and the playlist is not helping at alll....OMG this is just omg
Chapter 5: This is so ing sad. I'm out of tissues. I started using a towel to wipe my tears somewhere in chapter 2. This is truly a great story though. Got to give it to you, that even though I don't usually read stories about supernatural stuff, but I enjoyed it. Keep writing.
Chapter 5: This is... I don't even know how to describe how amazing this is. Truthfully I'm a mess of snot and tears at the moment - so much so that I was struggling to see the text by the end of the last chapter. The deterioration of Tao in parallel to the rebuilding of Kris is as beautiful as it is heartbreaking. Kris sacrificing himself to save Tao at the start was tragic enough, but Tao essentially loosing enough of his humanity to kill other survivors was physically painful. And yet you understand and empathise with him entirely. This is one of those love stories that are almost a paradox because although ultimately horrible, horrible things happen that leave you sobbing in earnest; the fact they happened at all illustrates a love so strong most people wouldn't wish to achieve it. Truly breathtaking story.

Chapter 5: whattttt have you written omg wow okay i don't have a lot of words to describe how i feel about this but man this was some kind of incredible!
the angst was written so well! ;____; though i want to believe the ending was happy, i'm glad you had an open ended finish~ the flashbacks throughout the fic were so well done and the zombie tree things + tao's desire for flowers at the end were a very nice touch! thank you for this lovely story~~

Chapter 1: I just read the prologue and I don't know why am I sobbing like heck what are you doing author-nim! huhuhu. I was so focused in reading that I forgot about eating my in-between-meal. OMG. All through out the chapter it made me think a lot--the story was carefully written, settings had been vividly described--I can even imagine it in my head. I have never read so much--and you made me huhuhu.

seriously, I'm looking forward to the next chapters, I know you'll make me read this in one sitting like the first seven chapters of "I See Fire".
Chapter 5: Oh my goodness, so I thought I was really dumb or something for a moment there, because I was like wait! I don't understand! But after going back and looking at the dates, it makes a lot more sense:) And I'm glad, because if I think I understand it, then it's double TaoRis:) Or, just something like a second chance for them anyway:) But this story is perfect once again. It's seriously really deep too though, just like, the morals that are included. Tao being selfish is so heartbreaking, but also really endearing, because it's for them. Their love story in here really breaks my heart too though, but I still love it❤️
Chapter 5: this is like the noah's ark omfg except it's a zombie apocalypse and the virus was caused by humans but maybe god made a miracle and the changed start to grow nature and they are like the reset to the earth bc it was really ed idk omg im rereading this and i agree with the medication contaminating people's DNA but kris was different because he didnt take any

Chapter 5: This is a beautiful story which deserves a lot of recognition for how wonderfully it's written. I've always loved the concept of someone who's died or been zombie-fied returning to take care of their loved ones. This is the first I've actually found and it's everything I ever dreamed of it being! The two have have an incredibly vivid relationship and the way you described the post-apocalyptic world leaves everything to the reader to piece together, and this story really makes you /think/. Tao's emotional growth (or perhaps deterioration) really makes you question what someone would do for the person they love and /how much/ they love them and gah, I could praise this story for days and days. >< I'm an English-y person so yay for automatic over-analysing of texts and extreme appreciation for good writing!
