Namjoo's POV

I was an interned before I'm officially one of the crew here. I was doing fine since my first time in this major. But, there's someone always ruining my work and always complain about imperfection in my editing skill. Since we major in MANGA company, he and me are the most likely to get partner with in editing the comics. I'm obviously can do my work alone without him, but our boss want us to be partner to make things go easier, but for me it just much more worst if he attend to do this work with me.

Sungjae's POV

I'm an official senior in this company, oh mian. Not company, but just between editors. I'm the longest member among them. The newest intern or the newest member of our major, always get partnered with me when the good selling comic series hot in the market. She really furious when she mad at me but I like to more. That can make our work more fast if she in her high temper. Isn't that good? Use the energy for work and help their teammate?

Nobody's POV

For the next project, their manager called them for the discussion.

"Gwajang-nim (manager), annyeonghaseyo", Namjoo greet him well and sit beside Sungjae but she pull a chair apart from Sungjae.

"So, we have a new manga will upcoming. But this might be just 1 season only", the manager speaking.

"That doesn't mean there's no much episodes", Sungjae laid back.

Namjoo rolled her eyes, "Don't say that you Mr.Know-Everything!", she said.

"Keure, Sungjae matne (it's true)..", he adjust his coat.

"Haaa~I will spend so many times to meet up", said Namjoo to herself.

"Meet up what?", asks her manager.

"Amugeotdo eobseoyo (there's nothing)", said Namjoo.

"She just pissed whenever we'll get partnered", said Sungjae while cross his arm.

"Aigoo~Yaa, you two have the time together since Namjoo here in her intern life. Why don't you still not used to each other?! Haish~This make me more mad", said the manager.

The manager look both of them sit apart about 4 meter, and glared each other. Their manager shakes his head and cover his face.

"Keumanhae! I want both of you bonding!", said the manager.

"BWO?", they're both surprised.

"I mean.. not bonding intimate, just more heart-to-heart session. And try to make up with each other. I want to see you have an improvement while doing this editing and continue forever until you stop working OR, your job will be vanish. Dismiss", said the manager straight forward to them.

"Namjoo grip her skirt and hold the anger inside. Then, she get up and bow to her manager. Sungjae do the same thing and they're both out from their manager's room with a puppy face.

"Yaa~Wae irae (what's going on)?", asks her friend.

"Gwajang-nim ga, he said that me and Sungjae must have more time together and be more kind to each other. Nan shireo!", Namjoo rant.

"Keureseo (then), it's good to be like that. You guys must be kind to each other since you always get to matchmaking in the teammate", said her friend again.

Namjoo just pouted and continue her work. It's not that easy when they want to talk to each other. There must be an argument between them. It just make them more want to avoid to work together. But since these two a great collaboration, the manager will keep eye on them for this newest project. Also, the writer of this comic is perfectionist. They must hard working on this comic more than others. It's not like they neglect it before, but perfectionist always want a perfect 'perfect' for their work. However, Namjoo and Sungjae doesn't know about the writer's personality. Starting tomorrow, their manager will give the task and they'll start to be busy with each other. To complete edit for 1 chapter usually for a week. 

The next day, Sungjae plan to come up with a new thing for both of them. He bought 2 coffees, whioch for him and her. He sincrely give it to Namjoo but she just refused it.

"Sabotage?", Namjoo asks.

"Yaa! Aninde (it's not)", Sungjae said.

"Why so suddenly you become nice to me?!", she asks.

"Keunyang chingu-da (it just a friends thing)", said Sungjae.

"Geojitmal (liar)", said Namjoo.

"Gwajang-nim said that he'll keep eye on us and make sure we'll kind toeach other or our job will be lost. Don't you remember?", he asks.

Namjoo still frowned her eyebrows and pouted. Then she take the coffee and drink it since she has not breakfast yet. Sungjae smile to her but Namjoo glare to him. He awkwardly take a sip of his coffee.

"This girl really hate me that much ey?", Sungjae's monolouge.

Their manager wander around to watch his workers doing fine especially this two humans. He saw that Namjoo sit far from Sungjae, meanwhile they are still talking but in a cold way.

"At least there's an improvement. I'm counting on you both", said the manager.

Today, they have to stay overnight to make the chapter 1 complete all parts.

Sungjae's POV

Isn't this feels like one-sided only? Ayyy, this really on my nerves! This is not a teammate. After our first chapter got rejected, it's obviously we have to more communicate than before to make sure we didn't waste our time to make the same things!

"Yaa, Namjoo-yaa!"

"Bwo?", she still edit the manga.

I take my chair and sit beside her.

"Museun-", her word got cut off when she realized I sit next to her.

"We have to be more communicate. This is the 3rd rejected of our editing. We can't let this repeat the same thing. So-",

"So? Just do our work and make it better as our author wants. Go make yours", Namjoo said and continue her works.

"YAA! Listen here! If we make our way, this is not a teamwork supposed to be! Can you not be ignorant when things like this happen? You're just new staff about this and there's so many bad chances can be happen! Don't too ego and arrogant just because we're an enemy to you!"

She stay still and drop off her pen accidentally. Was I'm too harsh towards her? Am I too loud? Is she sobbed?

Namjoo's POV 

He really just stay there and not going to ask me if the work is okay or not? Haish, whatever. That's his part not mine. But, we've been got rejected for 3 times. It's not good. 

"Yaa, Namjoo-yaa!", he shout my name.

EH?! Waee????

"Bwo?"

"Museun-"

C-cham (w-wait)! Why the heck he sit beside me?! FOCUS! FOCUS! OH MY THIS IS SO CLOSE! THIS OFFICE I CAN'T SCREAM, IT JUST 2 OF US AFTER ALL!!

"We have to be more communicate. This is the 3rd rejected of our editing. We can't let this repeat the same thing. So-", he explained something.

"So? Just do our work and make it better as our author wants. Go make yours"

"YAA! Listen here! If we make our way, this is not a teamwork supposed to be! Can you not be ignorant when things like this happen? You're just new staff about this and there's so many bad chances can be happen! Don't too ego and arrogant just because we're an enemy to you!", he let all out to me.

I stay still because of surprised. My weakness is loud sound. I want to cry!! Why he so harsh to me? Na museobda (i'm scared). Wae? Isk isk isk..

Oh my, I'm crying..

Why he silent as well? Don't make this become more awkward, I'm dying!!!

Sungjae's POV

She surely cry, but she's not so loud. E-em, eotteokhae (what do I do)????? Be responsible! Be responsible!

"Err, Namjoo-yaa.."

I try to reach her but then she speak.

"If we have really to do this, yeah we have to do that anyway, for our job sake", she moved to set up our alternative desk, so we can make it on the floor together.

F-for job sake? Not because of our 'build' friendship? Am I take it too seriously? She not that care though, am I the emotional one? Aigoo~!

"For our job, eh?"

"Keure (yeah)", Namjoo continue her part.

I just nodded like I agree with her word. So, we just started to work as a teammate for our job sake. We're not really sincere but our work make us more better. So late right now, the clock kep ticking. It's already 3AM, we still have 6 parts with a some loads of edit. This is so tiring since it's an action and thriller, there's so many things we have to add and more effect. But this is my favourites things, and maybe she's too.

Namjoo's POV

"If we have really to do this, yeah we have to do that anyway, for our job sake"

I said that but not my mind. I don't think that is a good answer to begin with. Ah, whatever. There so many things to think than this emotional things.

"For our job, eh?", he asks.

"Keure (yeah)"

He just nodded to me, but I don't think he agree with me. He just want us to continue this than to argue about that again. Now, it's already 3AM, I'm so sleepy like hell. I need some coffee though but due to my head, I can't take at night because my head can get more drowsy and make me wants to sleep. I have to eat something.

"Eodiya?", asks him.

"Na mokgeo sippeo (I want to eat)"

Then, I go to my own locker to take some snacks. I don't know if it still have. Ah.

//EMPTY//

Why there's no any?! Na baegopa (I'm hungry)!! I came back with an empty hand. Sungjae notice that and asks me.

"Eobseo?", he asks.

He stood up and go to his desk. He bring 2 cup of ramyun and some snakcs too. Massisseo (it's delicious)! 

"Don't swallow your saliva like that, haha..", he giggled.

I swallowed too hard, eh? Aish~Pabo. I saw him pour the hot water to ramyun, he so kind. Not like back then, that the one who always teased me and make me go through hard by myself. Maybe he just like to teased on people and joke but I can't take that joke so end up that I'm the opposite position. I got pissed off easily and also emotional. After he done, I helped him and take one of them.

"Mianhae.."

"For what?", he asks.

"Being harsh all the time, cold towards you and hating you.."

"Yaa, you seriously hating on me?", Sungjae surprised.

"N-ne.."

Sungjae's POV

She really badass. How can she hate on me the handsome one? Too bad, hoobae-yaa (junior). I awkwardly eat the ramyun and let it be. I don't even imagine she hate me for real, I must that much until she hates me so much.

"Don't think that much, I'm just not mature. I'm younger from you", she smiled.

EH!! This is the first time I see her smile to me. Omo! She have a sweet smile.

"Don't smile at me like that.."

There we go again, awkward.

Nobody's POV

They spend their time on their work very well last night. They also not sleep even though they want to. Then, this morning their manager come earlier to watch if they went well together.

"Yaa! Hajima~"

The manager heard something.

"Are they really doing well?", the manager open the door of the main office.

The papers scattered everywhere, the couch position is messed. No, everything is mess! 

"Mwo-hani (what are you doing)", the manager awkwardly smile in front of them.

He saw they cuddle together on the floor and tease each other with tickles. They are so awkward after that and stood up right after.

"Early, gwajang-nim", they said.

Yeah, it's really early in the morning. They didn't expect their manager will show up in this early hour.

"Ohayo, gwajang-nim~", greet Namjoo.

"That's Japanese, pabo-yaa", said Sungjae.

"Hahaha, been edit too much until you speak Japanese huh?", the manager laugh.

"I've been finished the chapter 1, gwajang-nim!"

"You mean, both of you?", asks him.

"NE!", they both answered at the same time.

"Don't make that face Sungjae ssi. You've clown yourself. By the way, you guys..kisseu?", asks manager to tease them.

"Ani-imnida", said Sungjae.

"Aaa~Deudgo mothaeyo (I can't hear you), gwajang-nim", said Namjoo.

"Aigoo~Neon..Clean this all before they see this mess", said the manager.

"Ne! Algaesseubnida (Got that), gwajang-nim!", they both bow to the manager.

It's true that they had a kissed last night. 

//Flashback//

After the awkward moment they talk about 'hating', Sungjae ate his ramyun fast than Namjoo.

"Namjoo-yaa, your part is finished?", Sungjae asks.

"Not yet, wae?", she asks.

"Palli mokgo, we have 3 hours more", he said.

Namjoo nodded and finish her ramyun fast. Then, she clean the snacks and continue her work. Sungjae's part is nearly done while Namjoo still have 2 part. 

//5:30 am//

"I'm finish!", Namjoo said happily.

"Nado (me too)!", Sungjae said too.

Then, there they go again, awkward moment. Namjoo slowly close to Sungjae. Her heartbeat cannot control anymore. Feels like want to burst out that time. She doesn't know why she went close to him. Sungjae hold her cheeks and make they more close to each other. They're stare at each other and they froze like don't know what to do but also they fell into deep in their eyes. They're both close each other eyes and kiss.

//End flashback//

"We're both not take a bath yet", said Namjoo.

"Ne, we are", said Sungjae while managing the couch position.

"Can we go home?", asks Namjoo.

"Molla", he said.

She sigh because she wants to take a bath before start to work. Then, Sungjae take her to manager's room.

"Gwajang-nim, can we both go back home to get ready?", Sungjae asks.

"Keureom, mianhae for not telling you earlier. You both today I take as a holiday, since you guys have good to each other. 3 days of leave", he said while smiling.

"Then it's go-", Sungjae word got cut.

"Jinjjayo, gwajang-nim!? Kamsahabnida!", said Namjoo.

"We'll get going first, gwajang-nim. Kamsahabnida", Sungjae bow and take her hand.

"You guys really something..", said the manager while smile.

//At the outside//

"You want my ride?", he asks Namjoo.

"Kwaenchana, I called my friend", she said.

"Are you seriously try to resist me?", Sungjae asks with a teasy tone,

"Ani.." she said.

"It's good! Keureom, kaja!", Sungjae jumps a little and make she smile.
