No, he literally only wears the three main colors and sometimes a bit of orange or a little dust of pink. But he like wears pink only once a year. Deshi loves sporty yet fashionable clothes. He incorporates jeans jackets, hoodies, bright colored sweatpants, headbands and all that kind of stuff into his fashion. Most of his outfits are a combination of yellow and blue and that is seen on every occasion. Even his pajamas follow the color scheme. He occasionally wears dungarees, and that's when the fans go wild.

Calm: while the rest of his personality makes it seem like he's a loud, hyper child, the type who wants to stand out everywhere and talks the most, that is totally wrong in Deshi's case. He's usually a calm guy who doesn't really show his excitement. He isn't the type to talk a lot, at all. He doesn't say things he deems unnecessary. He doesn't open his mouth a lot, but once he does, it usually hits hard and makes the rest shook. He's also unaffected by stress at all times. Even when he's doing something silly, he'll act cool about it, making it even funnier.

Humorous & silly: Yeah, this is basically what little Deshi is known for. His brother also has a great sense of humor, but as said in Bolin's personality, their sense of humor is very different. Together, they cover most of the different senses of humor. Deshi is the type who has savage humor that is almost offensive, but never crosses the line. He's also the type who's just really silly and often does unintentional body gags while keeping the most serious face. He also isn't afraid to diss the others and himself.

Hard-working & determined: Deshi saw how hard Bolin had to work to get there, without getting much, so he really knew that he had to work his off. Also with Glander he worked very hard. Once Deshi's goals are set, he'll be really determined to make it and go crazy working for it. Bolin often has to drag him out of the practice room.

Shameless: as said before, he isn't afraid to diss others and himself. Deshi has no shame at all and that shows in his humor and behavior. Since a young age, he really admired his big brother, especially when he started his career. At that time, Deshi was only 8. But he didn't know that his path to 5x3 would go totally different.

When he was a 3 year old child, he met two other Qingdao kids at a playground. They were from the same kindergarten and they saw that from each other. Little Deshi was playing on his own, so the other friendly boys included him in their game. Their names were Xu Haitao and Jasper Gao. They became Deshi's playmates, because he had no one to play with. His brother was too old, his sister was a newborn. They remained friends and all happened to have an interest for music. Jasper moved all the way to San Diego when he was 8, so Deshi and Haitao were just the two of them. When Haitao discovered rock music, he immediately showed it to Deshi, and Deshi was sold as well. Haitao started practicing guitar, but Deshi's preference went out to the drums. He loved it so much, he did it all day.

Haitao kept in contact with Jasper, and it turned out that he had the same interest as well, and Haitao started to get plans. In 2015, Haitao called Jasper back to Qingdao to start a band, and they all moved to Beijing to be able to attract a bigger crowd, and lived in a small apartment next to Haitao's aunt, so there was at least someone supervising them. They were very young kids, being 14 and 12 years old. They found a bassist in Beijing who was 13. They started busking, and it was amazing. The nameless teenage band, busking on the streets of Beijing. One of their first fans suggested to make a youtube channel, but they didn't even have a name yet. It ended up becoming Glander, and so they started to publish covers, making themselves more and more known. In 2016, they got scouted by a company who wanted to give them a proper debut. It went amazing, and they were having fun, training to perfect their skills and preparing them to be real celebrities, but still releasing covers and busking. They really started to gain quite the following, Glander showed lots of potential and could become one of China's best-known bands.

Until hell broke loose.

Jasper and the bassist Aiguo had started dating around the time they joined the company as well, and it was an adorable couple. Until Haitao caught Aiguo cheating during preparations of debut, they even had a song ready, written by Jasper and Haitao together. Aiguo was too ashamed to even show his face, so he just left immediately. And Glander was back to the three, the three boys who came together when they were just kindergarteners were just with three again. Jasper was devastated, Haitao and Deshi were furious. They were given 3 months to find a new bassist, or the company would be forced to let them go. They sadly didn't find a bassist, and still didn't find one. They were forced to separate in the beginning of 2018. They all had to go their own way, but all wanted to still stand on stage. They got matching tattoos of the Glander logo, to remember their friendship and band forever, and promised to come together, even if they didn't have a bassist to complete the band.

Even though his parents didn't want him to, after Bolin's kpop disaster, Deshi immediately went to Korea to start auditioning. But he didn't have much, only drumming and some basics of the rest. But there was one company who was interested, and that was Shine entertainment. Deshi was the first foreigner to join the troupe of male trainees, but it didn't take long before his jealous brother joined him, and they got reunited, after taking totally different paths.

It was the best time of their life. When Aiguo was found Cheating on Jasper, he was devastated, and Deshi had never felt so angry in his life. training background: Deshi started out as member of band Glander, and they were an individual band that started with busking in Beijing and then started uploading covers on youtube as well. After a year, they were scouted by Mavericks, and were being trained for their official debut while still working on their covers. They were treated greatly and given a lot of freedom, because that was how Mavericks wanted to keep them under their company. Glander was already ready to debut, but they just needed the recognition and funds to start it all. Some of their covers went viral, some Relient K covers even gathering more views than the original since it isn't a very known band. They had a fandom and were ready to debut when the disaster around Aiguo happened. Mavericks gave them three months to find a new bassist, but they didn't find one and had to leave the company. Haitao joined Yuehua and became cpop idol recently, Jasper got scouted in Korea and has just debuted in a boy group as well, and now Deshi is the next one in line, but Glander still exists. And the legends says that even up to this day, they're still looking for a bassist.

Deshi didn't have much skills when he started auditioning, because he was a drummer who only had the basics of singing down and could barely dance. But after many auditions, Shine entertainment was the first one to see potential in him. Deshi didn't want to disappoint them, and a few days later when Bolin joined as well, they started to work hard for themselves, but also just to be better and more loved than the other brother. Deshi was trained on all fields and developed the most in rapping and dancing, and also his variety sense was very good. Shine felt like they had a diamond in the rough, and they were very happy that the talentless kid turned out to be a great idol, just like they expected when they saw his audition. There was something in his performance that showed that he was far from reaching his limits.

And Aiguo was never seen again. It left fans confused, but when the three find the time to reunite again, which is not frequent, they always make sure to upload a vlog or cover.

Minjin is a lovely girl. She's quite popular with the boys, but only has eyes for her precious chinese boy Deshi. She's sweet to anyone she meets, and will remain sweet until you actually harm her friends or do something bad in general. She's also really polite and has great manners. While Deshi has a dirty mouth, Minjin literally never curses, she's like an angel, a gift sent from god. She's never doing anything bad and she's always smiling like the cheerful girl she is.

While Minjin is sweet like cotton candy, she's actually quite timid and even though she tries to talk to strangers, she sometimes just can't do it anymore and will completely close herself off. That's her biggest problem, when Minjin is not feeling good, she'll hide away from everyone and bottles up all her emotions, because she wants to keep showing smiles to her friends. Sometimes it just all gets too much with the pressure that's on her, and then she explodes. When Minjin is unable to hide her emotions, it will be to the extremes. She'll be fuming, stomping around, even screaming when she's mad, or like a bag of potatoes when sad. Deshi and Hyejin really have to try their best to drag her out of it. Deshi even got a scar from her when she accidentally scratched him in one of her rages. He doesn't care, and keeps it as a memory of her. But if they do ever break up, that scar will be really painful to see... It's not only Minjin's fault he has a scar though, because Deshi didn't took care of the wound at all and that's mainly why it didn't heal well. Also, Minjin's really clumsy, but that's just a detail compared to her other issues.

first meeting:

When Deshi came to Korea, he was still in junior high school, and there he didn't really get to know much people. After a few months, he graduated and went to high school. He still didn't know enough Korean because it had only been a few months, but there was a girl with bleached blonde hair who approached him on the first day. She introduced herself in heavy accented mandarin, and it was like Deshi's boring school life suddenly got exciting. The little girl showed her smile, and Deshi just melted. He couldn't talk properly because he was so shaken by her. And she could understand him?? She had introduced herself as Gook Minjin. Deshi finally managed to respond in Mandarin, stuttering as he stared into her eyes. Minjin revealed that she had lived in China back when she was little, but since it has been a while, she forgot a lot. But she was still quite good at it, Minjin said proudly. Deshi could only smile, still mesmerised. Minjin continued, saying that she had seen him in the last months of junior high, always sitting alone, but she didn't have the nerve to actually talk to him. But now that they were classmates, she had decided to take the risk and do it. And Deshi could only thank her. Not only for being his first schoolfriend, but also for just appearing in his life. An angel? Just for Deshi? He couldn't believe it.

Deshi and Minjin started to stick together, and of course Minjin's best friend, Hyejin, was with them too. They were a trio, and both Minjin and Hyejin helped Deshi to learn more about the culture and language of Korea, helping him improve. Every time Deshi was absent from school for training or just illness, Minjin voluntarily took double notes for him. She had lots of pressure on her, being one of the top students with strict parents, and also being the class president and part of the student council. Her first outburst was really shocking for Deshi, but Hyejin was like ' go calm her down, she's not feeling good!' and so Deshi did. That was the moment when Minjin accidentally scratched him, what would give him the scar. Minjin had collapsed under the pressure and lost her cool, but once she was in Deshi's arms, face buried in his chest, she miraculously calmed down immediately. Hyejin was shocked. Usually it takes hours to calm a raging Minjin down, but Deshi, with his bleeding arm, did it in mere minutes. Minjin felt extremely apologetic for the wound she gave to Deshi, but Deshi didn't give a . Hyejin is even suspicious that he might've not taken care of the wound on purpose, making it so that it became a scar. At the moment that Hyejin saw them in each other's arms, something clicked in her head. Her suspicions were right. They had to become a couple. Hyejin had a new mission. But it didn't work out yet, just because Deshi is such a tsundere brat, and Minjin is so timid.

The class jokingly call Minjin and Hyejin Deshi's hoes because how he sometimes walks around with his arms wrapped around both of them makes him look like he's some playboy celebrity with two fangirls.
