Yuki watched her mother struggle to get food on the table, she remembered a distant   memory when she was six, her mum seeming happier, less stressed telling her she’d be   getting a sister. Yuki was so excited for their family to be bigger. She remembers in the   hospital the man in the fancy suit, how after Hana was born he would come and visit   every so often. Yuki liked that he made her mum happy, but she never really liked him   much. Yuki noticed that he stopped visiting, and her mother's spirits became worse. She fell into a depression and was clearly struggling, she would put on a smile and juggle her multiple jobs, but Yuki feels like she never truly recovered from that heartbreak.

When Yuki was 13 she stole for the first time, their mum hadn’t been eating pretending she wasn’t hungry, but Yuki knew it was because she couldn’t afford to feed all three of them, and was self-sacrificing. Yuki managed to steal food from the supermarket, she lied and said she got them from a friend. her mum was reluctant to take it but eventually gave in. That’s when Yuki started to lie. She didn’t enjoy lying, she didn’t feel compelled to, she just learned sometimes lying was the best thing to do.

Yuki was always an observant person, and after watching life go by she started realising that the way you present yourself massively impacts your success.
At 14 she stole some makeup and clothes, she used to clean up her image, her mum was sleeping most of the time when she was home (or passed out drunk) so she didn’t notice.
She got good at up to authority figures, which got her out of trouble multiple times, her put-together appearance and the way she carried herself gave off the impression of someone higher class than she really was.

Yuki always tried to protect and look after Hana the best she could, she knew she wasn’t Hana’s parent and that she was still young herself, but she loved Hana and wanted to make sure she could have a good life even in their circumstances.
She’d often keep Hana in the dark about the extent of the stress, or the not-so-legal things she was doing to help them get by.

Yuki got into political theory in her free time she became furious at the situation her family was stuck in and how the system enabled if not encouraged inequality. She became passionate and pretty radical in her beliefs, When Hana asked her questions about the world she gave her a slightly watered version of her philosophy, a slightly more optimistic version of what she believed, she wanted Hana to be realistic but not realistic, it was important hana still had hope even if the system had been so cruel to their family.

Sure Yuki was passionate about politics, but she couldn’t really do anything her focus was her family, and they would always be her number one priority, she may wish that society was different but she didn’t think she could save the world. She was a grounded realistic person, and just wanted to do her best to make the best life for her family and go from there.

She struggled with school, a lot of the subjects didn’t come easily to her and she was often running on very little energy. due to balancing part-time jobs and other responsibilities, like helping to clean up make food and look after Hana. However, thankfully she was able to pull through with a pass, embarrassingly enough sometimes with the help of Hana who was showing herself to be a freaky level of genius. Sometimes it scared Yuki how book smart Hana was because she was still ultimately a kid. Hana was bored when around her peers but Yuki didn’t want her to grow up too fast, but it was hard to avoid when a part of her brain was so far ahead, but emotionally she was still very much a kid.

When she was 19, the car crash happened Yuki was arguing with her mother demanding she pull over so she could drive instead she could tell she was sleep-deprived and probably hung over too, and knew it was unsafe. The last thing she remembered was yelling at her mum.

Yuki woke up disoriented and confused with a pounding, head ringing in her ears she couldn’t even remember the accident at first. She was told her mother passed away and she felt so numb, like it wasn’t even real, and then afraid, what about Hana? that’s when they told her, that Hana was fine, but her biological father had come and taken her back to Korea with him.

She was in shock, she couldn’t understand why Hana wouldn’t just leave her. Why did the man who abandoned her mum to take care of Hana all alone come back and take her away? She was scared, in pain and overwhelmed.

She had to stay in the hospital for a couple of months to recover, but she felt like a shell of a person. She tried to ask to get into contact with Hana, knowing she’d want to talk. But the hospital staff just shrugged her off like she was a nuisance.

After a while discharged from the hospital, she still dealt with headaches, periods of dizziness and ringing in her ears from time to time But she was handed some pain painkillers and told to take it slow, and she should be fine. Yuki was always independent handling a lot of responsibility at a young age, but she never felt so alone, and so much like a little kid in a big world she didn’t entirely understand.

Yuki wanted to find Hana as soon as possible, but she needed to find a place to live, and an income being out of commission led to her losing the jobs she was already juggling.

Yuki got multiple hostessing-related jobs, some more “respectable” than others. She tried to get in contact with the Japanese government for help to contact Hana, About a week after pestering different government workers she got a call from an unknown number

“Hi Yuki, this is Hana’s father I believe you’ve wanted to speak to me.”
Yuki jumped in before he could continue
“Where is Hana? You need to let me speak to her.”
“I don’t think that would be a very good idea, Hana has been through something traumatic, trust me I will take care of her well, but she should leave the past behind.”

This didn’t make any sense and caused a shiver up her spine it just made her all the more worried, why was he being so weird about this? She began saying just that when he cut her off.

“I’m asking you to leave this alone Yuki, if you don’t the next time we talk it won’t be polite about it.”
And then the line went dead. She was filled with so much anger and rage how dare he threaten her?

After doing some digging she found out who Hana’s father was, Choi Doyoung. finding out he was someone so high up in the Korean government shocked her, she figured he had some level of power, but for some reason, she just didn’t think like that. She wasn’t sure how to contact Hana, but she knew he must have told hana something untrue, and she wasn’t going to let this man bully her and keep them apart. She made a post online to ask for advice, hoping possibly Hana would read it. People were recommending contacting news stations to get media pressure, she was making plans to do just that,

When one day Yuki was heading home from work she was in shock to see a fire engine putting out the entire apartment building engulfed in flames.
Her phone was ringing and in auto-pilot, she answered still in shock watching the flames consume the place she slept in.

“Hello again Yuki, I thought I made myself clear, but not clear enough. I hope you understand leave Hana to me, stop trying to get in contact, otherwise the next time you might be in the apartment when a fire starts”

Yuki realised Doyoung must have connections in Japan, that somehow he did this as a message to scare her off. It makes her even more concerned for Hana knowing he would go as far as to threaten her life to keep them separated. And the thing is Yuki, didn’t think he was bluffing, something in his voice she could tell he meant the threat. Yuki knew she needed to approach this carefully, but she’d see Hana again, she’d make sure of it.

She started to learn Korean it didn’t come easy to her, but she dedicated a lot of her life to it. Even using some of her savings to take classes. She lived incredibly frugally for the most part, knowing that whatever she had to do to get to Hana would probably cost a lot. She kept an eye on Choi Doyoung the best she could without alerting him the best she could, even though he was very private and there wasn’t a ton of information about him.

Yuki also begins taking pole dancing classes, it did cost a bit but it was another good way to build up her fitness and it opened up a new Job opportunity at a well-paying strip club, she ended up using money she pickpocketed off the most sleazy men to pay for it

In 2018 Doyoung’s name popped up a bit more than normal it was still only minimal info but his name was associated with  South Korea's bizarre new project the might. Yuki was already suspicious of the timing of the research starting in 2015, which felt too coincidental for her liking, but her hunch was confirmed when she saw “the healing dove” who was wearing the same dove pendent Yuki always used to wear.

That was Hana, she had become a puppet for the government.

They were using her sister as a child solidier she felt so ill, but she was still only a relatively poor 22-year-old, there wasn’t a lot she could do, against the Korean government.
Yuki hated it but she knew she had to take this seriously if she didn’t, she would never see Hana again. Already having plans to move to Korea, Yuki knew she had to find a way to get into the might program. This was an even bigger reason for her to stay on the down low she needed to figure out a way to create a new identity something Doyoung wouldn’t recognise, she was willing to get a new face if it was needed.

Yuki began trying to train herself more physically, including in fighting, knowing it could help her chances. She always enjoyed PE the most in school and was already fit thanks to the pole dancing but she didn’t realise how cathartic she’d find taking out her anger on a punching bag that she could imagine Doyoungs face on.

In 2019 she moved to Incheon South Korea, she needed to move somewhere else not Seoul not yet. But she needed to assimilate Korean culture and fully practice without giving herself away. To be safe she got some plastic surgery it was nothing too drastic as felt she already looked quite different from her younger self, but she thought some slight tweaking would make it less likely for Doyoung to recognise her

She managed to find a shady guy to put together fake papers and a fake identity, which would pretty much cost what was left of her savings, but they came across as believable, so she was thankful.

Lee Aeri, part Korean/Japanese was born and raised in Korea but went on trips to japan every so often to visit extended family. When she was 20 her parents died in a robbery gone wrong, which has made her motivated to fight criminals. She was beginning to get her ducks in a row, she would be ready soon, but not quite yet.

Yuki saw the news, how they talked about apprehending Hana no matter what it takes. Her blood went cold, she knew Hana was in great danger, she could be killed, and she didn’t want to see her sister imprisoned either. She saw what the media was talking about how was a ruthless murder but she didn’t believe there had to be more to it. And she didn’t trust the government one bit.

Yuki had always planned to join the might she was building up to reunite with her and hopefully get her out of there. Now that plan was in shambles but she was scared for her sister. Yuki adjusted the plan- she’d join the might right away, she had enough in place, and now that Doyoung was dead she wouldn’t have to worry about him realising who she was. She’d work for the government for awhile to fully work out what happened to Hana, she would also get any dirt she could find on the government.

Yuki knew they’d be looking for Hana, she’d try and track her down herself with their help,  but also sabotage their attempts It was risky. Yuki knew if she got caught she’d be in unimagined trouble, especially given their assumption would probably be that shes a Japanese  spy ( she despises the Japanese government too)

But she couldn’t think of another option,
sure she could try and contact Hana now that Doyoung's threats weren’t hovering over her. But she didn’t even know where she disappeared to, or how to find her. She didn’t trust anything coming from the government, but it was clear that Hana had a lot of power and was in an unstable state.
She doesn’t know why Hana hasn’t tried to find her, for all she knows Doyoung filled her head with lies about Yuki. She has no idea how she would react, and though she knows Hana wouldn’t intentionally hurt her she needs the ability to defend herself if it came to it.

This way she could also keep her safe, by hopefully using their resources to reunite with her.

Part of her had the guilt swimming in her head that she should have got in there sooner that even just a couple of months sooner she could have prevented this, that guilt haunts her.

So as soon as she could she joined the might, as Lee Aeri.

 PERSONALITY EXPANDED —

The image
A lot of people wouldn’t take Yuki as an overly high-strung or rigid person, since she carries herself with a level of relaxed confidence, and seems ready to have a good time. But in reality, she's constantly running on a level of stress trying to gain control of her surroundings, incredibly stubborn and single-minded she won’t give up on something if she sets her mind to it. Yuki has always been an action-oriented practical person, but this is also likely shaped partly by her upbringing.

Always feel the need to step up and grow up fast. She's good at coming up with a plan and putting it into action incredibly methodical, and calculated with the decisions she makes, and she rarely ever goes off solely on impulses or emotions.

Yuki is an eloquent speaker, she's charismatic and knows how to shmooze, she can be a social chameleon fitting into different situations using her observing skills to work things out about people she can use to manipulate them.
She is great at lying, but she only does it if she feels it’s necessary for her goals.

Yuki keeps a lot close to her chest she doesn’t really trust anyone, she is very willing to betray people and she expects the same. She's a private person, her innermost emotions are for her alone.

The internal self.
Something she wouldn’t even fully admit to herself is how much she hates her own emotions, she hates that deep down she is an emotional sensitive person. Every action she takes she tries to do through a practical and logical lense and tries to ignore and calm the deep righteous anger in her bones.
She often has a lot of emotions around anger/and vengefulness. But is good at controlling them, and putting on the impression of a laid back unaffected person.

Some people would describe Yuki as fake but she doesn’t see it that way really, she knows who she is. She finds flirting and seducing fun but she primarily does it to get through life. She might put on an act to help her survive and get what she wants done- but she still has a clear sense of self, so yes maybe she's fake when she needs to be. But it’s not because she's trying to be something she's not.

Yuki has the potential to be an incredibly loyal person if she truly trusts you and loves you, but the only person that would currently fit in that category is her sister, (and her mother before she passed) who she knows is her ultimate weakness.

Her values/ principled

Is Yuki “principled”? It would depend on who you asked. She might not be principled in the traditional sense, but she has a strong moral code that she sticks to passionately, her values and morals are a huge part of who she is.

But Some people will think Yuki is a hypocrite, how can she believe that no one should be left behind for the greater good while being okay with potentially killing a billionaire?

Well, her philosophy is those with that much power who sit by and watch and sometimes contribute to the suffering of so many of others don’t deserve her empathy.

In a way that is her fundamental flaw, she believes she has that who is deserving of that empathy and who isn’t, She tries to keep in mind her own biases and the fact to many people she’d seem like a government fan right now. She knows she can’t make assumptions.

but her indifference to killing people she sees as the cause of so much suffering would definitely clash with more pacifist people.
(Even though she doesn’t take pleasure in hurting anyone)

♡ THE RINGMASTER

Yuki does respect the ringmaster and has in the back of her head that she might join her eventually, but she would never do that till she knows exactly what Yeo’s goals and plans are. She not just going to presume Yeo’s “good” because she’s also against the government.

Yuki thinks Yeo is beautiful and likes flirting with her whenever they cross paths and likes to push her buttons as much as possible. Sometimes Yuki will subtly help The ringmaster, but has made it clear she doesn’t want to join them.
Other times Yuki has actively made Yeo’s life harder at points, following certain orders from the government needing to make sure they don’t catch onto her. Hana will always be the priority after all.

The ringmaster doesn’t understand the VR angel's motives or who she is really aligned with, sometimes she’ll help them and other times screw them over.

☆ choi hana
even if it's somewhat illogical Yuki does somewhat blame herself for what happened to hana, she can't help but look back at all the things she could have done differently.

of cause course now she has time powers, that can't go back that far, because if she could she would,

now Yuki will be left with the fundamental question, what values is she willing to sacrifice to keep hana safe?

☆ the boolickers of the might
some of the might Yuki can't stand like 777, however, she still plays her part, being friendly and even flirting with him,  with him being the first one it's important she's on his good side.

she dislikes the ones that seem to be so genuinely happy to follow the government orders,  she awaits the day she doesn't have to play nice with them anymore

☆ THE hopefuls of the might
she does like some people in the might. it's hard for Yuki not to feel fond over the genuine optimism some of them over being able to help the world, it makes her want to shake them and tell them they're being sold a fake narrative, but she can't not now anyway.

☆ the self-serving of tHE might
yuki supposes she fits in this category. she can tell when someone joined for self-motivated reasons, she's willing to get to know these people better, but she's not going to let her guard down.

☆ THE ICE PRINCE
well Yuki hates him fudemntally. he's an example of so much she despises. She's not clued into how his family came into their money but there are no ethical billionaires, to Yuki.
so unless he renounces his family's money she will continue to hate him for what he represents.
no, he didn't choose to be born into his family,  but he is surely choosing to reap the benefits of it.

power discovery and expanded

Yuki struggles to understand her own powers because they kind of happen.
It started when she was frustrated she got hit in training and the next thing she knew she was rewinding time, she was too stunned to actually make use of it and got hit even worse this time passing out.
The next time it happened she slipped on her words referring to something in Japan, that wouldn’t make sense with her fake identity, and like that rewinding.
This time she could collect herself better and make use of it, not making the same mistake again.

Given the tonic, it was easy to make the assumption the power she got was time-related, she knew if she informed the people training her they would probably have the resources to figure it out and get better at controlling it.
But to her that didn’t sound like a very good idea, any kind of time power is much more powerful if those around her don’t know she has it.
So she had to figure out something else that would still be believable and make sense,

She worked out that if her body was impacted by pain, it would go back just before the pain was inflicted. And if she felt a strong feeling of regret, it would take her back before the action she regretted.

This was incredibly useful no doubt about that but it did bother her she didn’t have full control over it. The potential was there she just had to figure it out, but without help that was hard.

She ended up acting like she had to enhance intuition and reflexes, this on paper might not sound like a super strong power. But the fact in battle she's able to avoid every hit, and even save a teammate from getting hit proved very useful. If she learned some kind of information that was reversed so no one else had a memory of it she was able to play it off as intuition.
Sometimes it was tiring pretending to be training a power that she didn’t actually have but it was the best solution she could come up with.

After some working and studying of her abilities she was able to figure out how to gain more control.

She has to close her eyes and imagine the event is rewinding usually if she does this she opens up her eyes and it has, but it is still a bit inconsistent at times, and sometimes she may look like a total weirdo with her eyes closed or in a potentially dangerous situation so it can be a risk within it’s self.

Timing herself she learned she could do this for up to 20 minutes anything longer than that she gets an extruding migraine that takes her totally out of condition. Even going past the 10-minute mark she has to deal with a pounding headache so it’s not ideal.

however there was one aspect to her power she was entirely clueless until one day she died like a full-on dead.. She woke up at 12 am on the same day living in a bizarre Deja vu at first she had even forgotten she had lived it before, but it became clear where the moment she died repeated, and she was able to move out of the way in time.

This opened up an entirely new can of worms, shes basically immortal, however it’s likely she could still die from illness or old age but she's not certain of this.

Was the only way to restart an entire day is to die…?
That wasn’t exactly something she wanted to try,. Well she didn’t have to because she died again, And yeah well it was becoming clear that was the case.
Yuki hasn’t figured out a way to reset the day rather than dying, which is a little annoying.
If a day is so bad she feels resetting is needed she generally tries to get killed in combat or by accident, as the idea of doing it herself is not great…

 power explanation

meaning of name: Yuki has always associated doves and angels together,
and due to the dove pendent Yuki used to wear she believes strongly that Hana chose “dove” as a  reference to her.
Hana always loved super hero's She once told yuki that her hero name should involve “angel” as she acts like Hana’s guardian angel,
Yuki ruffled her hair in response.

So in turn, she chose “Angel”, hoping in some way it would signal a message to her younger sister.

her love for video games combined with the fact that her power reminded her of the mechanics of one, made her want to use a reference to gaming in her name.     However, trying to keep aspects of her power under wraps she didn’t want to make it too obvious with something like “Reboot”. So instead she went with VR as a simple nod to gaming.

 intention(s):
 — to find and protect Hana,
 — to do what good she can while working for the government/ avoid going against her values as much as possible

 goal(s):
  — she wants to reunite with Hana, and take care of / protect her.
 — She also wants to get all the dirt on the corrupt government that will hopefully come up with a plan to use in a way that could make a substantial change

 power:in  Temporal Reload  + Rewind

Power expanded

 abilities:
 — she can She can restart an entire day if she feels it went particularly badly, or wants new info. (Like replaying a game choosing different routes.)
 — She can “rewind” up to 20 minutes, which gives her the ability to avoid getting hit in combat or can prevent someone else from getting hurt.
 — She sometimes uses it like memory erase to learn information and go back so then the other person wouldn’t have any memory of telling her.

 weaknesses:
 —  to reset the day she has to die
 — she has two options either restart an entire day taking her back to 12 am (she can’t go any further back)
 — Or rewind up to a maximum of 20 minutes at a time, no more. if she tried to just keep on going back in 20 minutes without a large gap in between she would pass out. (shes tried it)
 — If she dies she's taken back to 12 am of that day, she can’t choose when she restarts.

 side effect(s)
 —  she could end up in a time loop
— Her brain can get muddled and forget what she essentially undid,
 — probably seen a disturbing amount of people die
— is more reckless than she used to be given she can “do-overs,
— makes her not overly worried about dying, not thinking through how dying multiple times could be actualy be traumatizing.
.— Becoming more and more desensitised
— probably affecting her body's health more than she realises

So here is my girl boss anarchist babe, totally rushed, but I hope it makes sense.
I wanted to explore the physical effects of the accident more and the PTSD she probably has but whoops ran out of time.

So years ago now I had an applyfic I abandoned that was superpower related, my brother created a character with temporal reload the first time I had heard of that power and I thought it was really cool.
So a starting point for me in the might was wanting to use this power in some way, my brother did warn me it is often a hard power to have in an ensemble cast but I hope I made it do-able

Also my brother is an anarchist which is part of why I went this direction with Yuki’s character lol. there’s a lot of fascinating history around how the Korean and Japanese anarchism movements worked with each other

. Disclaimer I don’t know much about anarchist theory let alone Japanese anarchism specifically you can just use it as an overall philosophy for her no specifics are needed! (Down with the system!)

I’ve left the LI pretty broad because you’ve kept Yeo very mysterious and I don’t want to overstep, but basically, Yuki is a character that will kind of be serving both sides depending on who she thinks is in the right and what she needs to do to keep Hana protected (and reunite with her)

At first Yuki is simply physically attracted to Yeo and has fun teasing/flirting with her. But over time she does develop real feelings for her, (maybe they team up for a specific goal?)
I’d love it if the feelings were mutual, but I’ll leave that to you. Regardless Yuki will be put in a difficult position of balancing wanting to protect Hana and Yeo. Def slow burn.
I’m also happy for you to pair her with another character if you feel they’re a better fit for her. What can I say I’m always here for the sapphic agenda.

I’m very happy for her to have other side effects for her abilities wanted to add more just was running out of timehuhuihi

hello, and thank you so much for applying (twice)! whew, now I can find out what happened to hana and what her shady dad was up to. I’m so excited! you sketched that?! first of all, that’s beautiful, and I am so into hana’s costume. and secondly, you’re an amazing artist.

I KNEW THAT MAN LIED TO HER about yuki. I know I probably said this in yuki’s review, but I can’t stand doyoung, and I’m ready to fight him for both yuki and hana at this point. ‘a perfect test subject in the making’ https://media.tenor.com/X1uFl5EYXr8AAAAC/the-wizard-of-oz-wizard-of-oz.gif me to doyoung on every day of the week. if doyoung has 100 haters, I’m one of them. If doyoung has one hater, it’s me. If doyoung has no haters, I’m dead.

I don’t know where these letters that hana wrote to yuki are now, but imagine yuki reading them in the present day! I would lose it. imagine me just sobbing over my keyboard as I write the scenes out. oh my actual goodness, the murder of multiple civilians and publicly. well, I’ll be got damned, hana. but the crazy thing is that this is still doyoung and the government’s fault. they brought this part of her power out by forcing it out.

but but but the disgust from her teammates is what is really calling out to me! because they wouldn’t really know what’s going on with her father and her powers, so instead they just see someone who is supposed to be a healer using her powers to ruin missions and kill innocent people. yeah, that’s going to be a great way to play with the different character dynamics and relationships that were formed in the past. writing certain reactions, conversations, and relationships in the present is going to be a great challenge for sure. I can’t wait! your characters have added so much more depth to the story. I love the layers that can be built onto the might through everyone’s perspective while still reigning it in to form a cohesive story.
‘maybe I’m in a comic’. oof, the escapism as a coping mechanism! and she couldn’t even feel safe with the ringmaster. though, to be fair to hana, yeo has plans of her own and things that she wants/needs to happen. plus, she will definitely use people if she sees fit. so it’s understandable why hana wouldn’t feel comfortable there either, especially after her trauma with her father. ‘she swore to get revenge on her older brother’. I love this line! hana still viewing him this way but also wanting her revenge.

Hehehe I love that she narrates her own adventures. it’s actually sad because you can tell that her mental health is taking a toll on her after everything, but her little quirks are going to be really amusing.

just to respond to your notes: we end up (as writers and characters creators) judging ourselves very harshly. both yuki and hana are amazingly well written, and you did BOTH of them in such a short time span. I literally could never and would have given up. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have them both in this story and to be able to flesh these characters out and use them to make this story good for yall. I actually love that some characters have similar powers because yall wrote them with different applications/weaknesses, and playing on that will make for such good fights in the story! I don’t think you made her overpowered, with her increasing toll on her mental health and the damage that she can take from doing too much as well. These apps were very easy to read through and understand, and when I tell you I LOVE them, I’m not even lying. I added them to my outline so fast lol. so please look forward to her appearance in the upcoming teaser, and thank you so much again for applying! ♡

hello, and thank you so much for applying (twice)! I cannot tell you how excited I am to see another japanese character who’s pretending to be korean for the sake of joining the might. at this point, I might just throw them in a lil ‘we ain’t really korean’ group chat. I kid, but I really do love the concept. I haven’t even gotten to read the app fully yet, but I’m already loving the vibes. her outfit choices, her hair color, her color palette, her hero name. she seems very futuristic and fun!

one of her dislikes being her own emotions is so real. ‘people who mindlessly follow authority’, I know that’s right with your 35% cooperation as a hero. I love to see it. ‘I’ll protect a homeless person, and let a billionaire die every time’ this line actually made me laugh for much longer than I probably should. but yuki won me over with that one!

I think the reason I like having the background before the personality is that it really helps me understand where characters are coming from before I get into who they truly are, and yuki is a PERFECT example of this. all of the beautiful detail you put into her background: her lying out of necessity to feed her mother, her dislike of class traitors and getting into political theory, and even all of the details of the car crash. all of these things come together and help me understand why yuki can be so cautious around others or bitter about life. I just love when I feel like I’m reading a story instead of a character app, you know?

anyway, I do really feel for yuki and how fast it seemed she had to grow up, taking care of her sister and her mother who couldn’t really handle taking care of all three of them. oh, hana’s father is gonna have me fight him because who is he talking to like that? and how could he just have hana abandon her sister as if yuki didn’t also go through something traumatic. please know I was truly clutching my pearls when that man called yuki’s phone after the fire. I am appalled lol! why am I actually on the edge of my seat, even though I already know yuki is going to get into the might. reading your app just makes me anxious to read your stories as well because your writing is ridiculously detailed. I love it, and I’m over here rooting for yuki with my whole heart!

AH! I love the back and forth, will they won’t they relationship that yuki has with yeo. it’s funny because yuki seems like she’s just playing around until she can find her sister, and yeo is probably just on the other side wondering what the hell she’s supposed to make of all of this. WOW, I really like yuki’s powers. I love it, and she’s going to stand out immensely in the might. this is going to be so much fun to write out! the side effects and the weaknesses!! the applications of this ability that you chose are going to add so much to the story.

I don’t know if you can tell, but I actually am blown away by yuki. I love her, and now I have to quickly run to her sister’s app and take all of that in as well. I’m so grateful you introduced me to temporal reload (and the might’s first real anarchist!) because I hadn’t heard of this power before now, either! please look forward to her appearance in the upcoming teaser, and thank you so much again for applying! ♡

Sorry for another additional comment, but I am sorry you’ve ended up with 3 energy manipulators, I wanted to pick powers know one else had for a character, but I guess sometimes things just go this way. I could always change Hana’s power to something else if you’d like more variety?

I realised I totally forgot to add this part cause I was tired so I’ll just put it her lol

Yuki

Her values:
She's anti-capitalist
She's an anarchist
-She doesn’t feel bad about stealing/scamming/conning rich people.
- she will do as she is told by the government up until a point. If it goes directly against her values, she’ll try and use her manipulative side to get out of it / or her power.
-she tries to keep in mind some people are stuck in contributing to a bad situation, due to fear or necessity and knows she does not know everyone’s goals. Given she would come across as a government loyalist.
-She wants to avoid killing, but if thinks the person is truly scum, or in self-defence she's willing to.

Oh forgot to put in Hana’s app that when she uses a huge amount of her power, her eyes completely white out, maybe glow slightly?
