Yume likes to wear traditional style clothes when she is at home since that is the style she is used to when ever she was still living at home. But when she goes out to town she prefers modest clothing that still shows off her figure more than the very revealing pieces of clothing. She has long black hair with loose curls and likes to wear her hair down most of the time, but will put up her hair in a pony tail when she really has to.

When Yume was born and considered as the reincarnation of Tomoyo Daidouji, her parents had made sure that she would be well raised into a lady who was chiseld into perfection.
However, as Yume grew up, her parents noticed how their daughter was very outgoing and clumsy, the opposite of a true lady in their dictionary. They were strict with Yume; especially her father and he was always the one to repremand her of her actions.
Character traits of Yume:
Outgoing: Ever since she was young, she would always run out into the garden, enjoy the sunlight as it came up and went down. She was a very energetic and outgoing girl who loved nature. She would always be fond in the family garden and she would always have one thing in mind as she watched the sunset the dissappeared down the main house walls, "I wonder if I will ever get to see the outside world beyond these walls..."
Clumsy: When Yume was younger, she and her childhood friends would always play tag or go on the swings in the garden. When they played, Yume would always be the one to fall or lose her balance. At those times, Akatsuki would always be the one to help her up. She still tends to lose her balance easily and fall down, which makes Akatsuki and her other childhood friends worry about her because they know of her weak body.
Kind: Yume is always kind and understand of those who are around her. She would always find a way to help those people who are in need no matter what. She is kind to those whom she first meets with a smile planted on her face.
Great Actress: Ever since Yume was little, she would always have to attend formal get togethers and parties. Her parents would always tell that she must become a ture lady and not soil the family name. Because of her parents, Yume started to act like a true lady on the outside and make sure whatever she did or what ever she spoke about was perfect and knowledgeable. She would act nicely to people who were rude to her, but then also speak to them in a calm yet charismatic way to make sure they they knew their place. She is polite to those who are important in her fathers social standing, even if she was never interested in them. But towards those people she made sure that they would always be pleased with her personality since she was the only daughter of the current Daidouji clan's Leader; her father.
Day Dreamer: Yume would always be seen looking out the window during class. She was always a day dreamer. Her mind would always be occupied by sweets and food. But sometimes, she sees small visions about the people around her whom she thinks is important to her.
Self Reliant: Since Yume was all alone when she was younger. Her parents would be too busy to make time for her and her big brother was always too busy training to be the next sucessor of the clan. So Yume would always try to do things by herself. She didn't like relying on the maids and butlers in her house because she hated the fact that they would never let her do the activities she wanted to do nor take her out of the family grounds. Because of this she always tries to do things on her own and worry about problems all alone. Akatsuki, Aido and Ruka would always tell her that she was worsening her health because she kept all of her feelings, problems and worrie within herself and would sometimes force her to tell them about her problems and worries.
Prankster/Tease: Since Yume didn't have a lot of friends other than her childhood friends, she would always tease people around her whom she got used to being with by talking to them in their thoughts. She would always tease them and make small comments about their crushes or other admirers in their minds and make them blush in the middle of nowhere. She would try to be extra cunning with Aido, Ruka, Akatsuki and Kaname.

Coming from a large clan that roots back to the edo-era of Japan (aka Nihon), Yume was brought up to be a true lady and keep up a facade so that she wouldn't disgrace the family name.
Going back to the edo-era of Japan (aka Nihon), Yume's great-great (like x100) was the King of Japan and his daughter, Tomoyo was the 4th sorceress that was born within the family. She was a powerful sorceress responsible for maintaining the wards of Nihon, protecting it from the demons that would bring misfortune to the royal family and its people. While Tomoyo was the sorceress's given name, she also goes by the hereditary name of Tsukuyomi, the Princess of Shirosagi Castle who keeps the wards.
Yume is considered to be the reigncarnation of Tomoyo. Her powers relate to the late Sorceress's powers which is related to the moon. Her powers grant her the ability to send people through time and space and also to communicate to others through dreams.
Although the powers have transformed since then, the powers are still the same with some differences to it. She still has the powers to communicate with others through her dreams, but now she also has the power to see the future. It is said in the history of the family records that Princess Tomoyo was able to send people into the future and into different dimensions, but currently now in the present, Yume can only see the futures of others, but only in small parts within the near future.
When Yume was born, the last sorceress before her birth had predicted that the next daughter that was to be born would be one of the most intellegent sorceress since the last 40 years of the family's times. So when she was born, her parents had made sure that she would be well raised into a lady who was chisled into perfection.
Before Yume was able to enroll into the Academy, she was cut off of society by the clan. She would only be able to communicate with the people who worked under her family and her family members and some loyal family friends. Because of this, she is not used to being with a lot of people and large crowds within the public.
She would spend most of her days reading, learning/trianing how to use her powers more efficiently and freely under her onwn control and trying to escape the grounds of the clan with her childhood friends: Akatsuki Kain, Hanabusa Aido and Ruka Souen. She met Kaname a couple of times but not as much as the other three. She actually only spoke to him four times. She saw him again when she went to Cross Academy.
When Yume tried to get off of the family grounds, Kain would make sure she didn't do anything rash because he knew that her body wasn't the strong because she would use her powers more than 4 times a week.
Kain was the only one she really got used to seeing when she was young, He was always there since their parents were very close due to Akatsuki's family recieving help from the Daidouji's family when the last sorceress predicted that there was a traitor within the family, giving out inside information to a rival clan. Due to this incident, the two families had gotton close and bonded to be loyal to each other.
ABILITIES
▪ Telepathy: Yume can commnicate with people whom she chooses through telepathy. This is also her way of pulling pranks as well.
▪ Her immune system is quite on the weak side compared to some others in the night class. Because of her powers, a lot of her energy is taken away after she uses her powers that are related to seeing the future or communicating with others in their dreams.
▪ Precognition: She is able to see small pictures and clips of the futures of others. She doesn't want to tell people of their futures unless it is really necessary.
▪ Dream telepathy: She is able to communicate with people within their dreams. If they are far away from where she is located, she will communicate with them from their dreams to make sure that they recieve her message and information that they need.

Akatsuki is a calm person who rarely loses his cool. He is incredibly perceptive and is frequently sensitive to others' feelings. His association with Aido frequently gets him into trouble despite not being directly responsible. He refers to Kaname as their 'Gang Leader.' He is also loyal and protective; the type who would never betray his friends. He has a soft side to his calm and 'wild' image that the Day Class students think of him. He only opens up his true feelings and thoughts to those he only trusts which is usually Yume, Ruka, Aido and sometimes to Kaname.
His somewhat 'wild' appearance attracts a lot of females towards him, but he doesn't seem fazed when they flirt or make passes towards him.

Yume and Kain are childhood friends along with Aido and Ruka. They met because of their parents and their clans. Kain's family recieved help from the Daidouji's family when the last sorceress predicted that there was a traitor within the family, giving out inside information to an enemy clan. Due to this incident, the two clans had gotton close and bonded to be loyal to each other.
When Yume tried to get off of the family grounds, Kain would make sure she didn't do anything rash because he knew that her body wasn't the strong because she would use her powers more than 4 times a week.
Kain is always watching Yume just incase she befalls danger or is about to hurt herself. A lot of students see them as a Princess and Bodyguard Relationship, But Yume relys on Kain more than anyone else. Sometimes Kain would be with Yume more than when he is with Kaname. He has a habit of keeping her close ever since childhood, so to them it's a natural thing between them.
Although Kain is shown as a calmperson who rarely loses his cool, the only time he loses his cool is when Yume is in danger or hurt in front of his eyes. When Akatsukifinally snaps, the only person that can stop his 'wild' actions is Kaname and Yume.
Since Yume is a bit clumsy and outgoing compared to her body condition, he is always worried about her and makes sure that she is away from danger. Sometimes people spot the two together on the campus with Yume leaning on Kain under a tree sleeping. The two are considered the Night Class's most romantic 'couple' the Princess and the Bodyguard.
