No Mercy is actually a survival show and the said video is a result of the third mission (the trainees were paired up with popular artists into two group to make collab performances and the winner will release an MV with the song they sang).
Around 1:16 is Jooyoung if I'm not mistaken. He's not one of the trainees, he's the artist along with Giriboy and Madclown :)
