NOT HATING, JUST SAYING (DON'T GET THE WRONG MESSAGE)

IS IT JUST ME… OR IS CUBE USING THE SAME MARKET STRATEGY WITH 4MINUTE, AS THEY DID WITH BEAST?

(I mean, yeah they are in the same company and all.. But just felt like saying so…)

**NOT HATING GUISE, JUST SAYING**

LIKE FOR BEAST’S GOOD LUCK ERA:

  • It was said to be a new image of BEAST
  • First came a ballad and then the TITLE TRACK (which had a bit of hip-hop mixed into it?)
  • And of course, not to mention Cube’s new strategy of promoting each track with a short MV and all.

AND NOW 4MINUTE:

  • 4MINUTE REVAMPED (New image)
  • Cold Rain was a soft yet strong ballad, and THEIR TITLE TRACK, “CRAZY,” does have a lot of hip-hop influence…AND ALL...
  • A lot of promotion with their other tracks, with short MV teaser-like videos.

ANY WHO, LOVE 'EM BOTH (AND LOVE CUBE)

SO I CAN CARE LESS...

REALLY ANTICIPATING THIS COMEBACK

LIKE LITERALLY, IT'S THE YEAR FOR 4MINIUTE

(AND AS ALWAYS, THE YEAR FOR BEAST!!)

REMEMBER THEIR END-OF-THE-YEAR STAGE FOR SOME CHANNEL...

THE HIP-HOP VERSION OF WATCHA DOIN' TODAY?

DAT WAS DOPE ASFK

To tell you the truth on my opinion, I despise 4minute.
I feel like in general 4minute's promotions are similar to YG's at the moment. YG tends to slowly release things one at a time, so each song, mv, teaser, etc has their own time of glory and praise. It's a smart marketing strategy. I'm starting to see more and more of these trends...

Going back to what you were saying about B2st, I sense something slightly different with 4Minute. Again, one of them is putting Hyuna out there so it's basically Hyuna and girls. In B2st, everyone has their own individual color that allows them to equally stand out. Their promotion styles are also slightly similar to B2st's, but not the same. I've noticed that 4Minute's is garnering much more hype than B2st's (again, putting Hyuna out there).

Again, this is just my opinion. So who exactly knows :/

I didn't really like their ballad approach though? I've always pegged 4minute as a hiphoppy kinda group. I actually wished they had chosen another track as their title.

Still awaiting their comeback though
