Your High School Experience

Hi guys! ^^ second semester is starting this Friday for me, as in the last five months of high school before I'm off to uni =u= saying goodbye to these past four years will definitely be sentimental and I'm not sentimental so ???

Personally, high school is an emotional rollercoaster, but the bulk of it was fun. I'm not one to make friends, but I've made awesome ones anyway OTL I hope I don't cry when we get our diplomas. It's kinda sad I spent all of it single. TuT lonely but fabulous.

That's beside the point; I just wanted to ask you guys what your high school experience was like! The good times, the bad, everything in between. You can sum it up in a few sentences, or msg me a whole essay, just tell me about it! ^^ and for my younger friends, tell me what you think it's going to be like.

so im taking finals for the first semester of sophomore semester rn, and im telling you its not fun at all. like whenever i tell people, theyre just like, oh you're just a sophomore, but they dont understand that my school literally takes four years of high school, smooshes it into 2 years, then for junior senior year you go to the college nearby to take courses there. its not just "ap" or whatever replica of a college course you take at high school. even now in sophomore, we're taking four college courses, and its not as simple as those honors or ap's or whatevers. but anyways, i have like, 32 kids in my grade, and i see the same people for four continuous years, and tbh its only been a year and a half, and im already sick of everyonoe LOL because natrually, my responses are snarky because i can't stand stupid comments, and they give a loooooooot of those. i should probably fix myself before i end up friendless for the next two years....

I've got a year of high school left and I can't wait to get out. Not that I have hated high school because honestly it's been easy and I liked it but I can't wait to get to uni and take English literature classes for my major and stuff so yeah. It's been good and I've had some great friends and some fun times.

I went to an all girls high school. I did wonder though if it would have been a different experience if i there were boys and we were all mixed. You know what they say crushes and puppy love start at high school and proms and the likes. Sadly we never had prom but despite being an all girls school it was fun and memorable. Girls can be as rowdy as boys too. You get to do things a little less serious i guess and you worry a little less than when you get to university.

Oh lord. High school was a interesting time for me.

For the first two years, I did nothing but mess around and fail classes. I hung out with the wrong crowd and got sent to the principals office quite a bit. My second year I was going to drop out, but then I met this wonderful Vietnamese girl whom is now like family (whom also introduced me to kpop) and I started passing classes, I got rid of old friends and made friends with AP kids. I started thinking about college and my future.

I didn't think I would miss high school, but here I am; 3 years later. Time goes by so fast that I wish I was able to enjoy my high school years a tad bit more.
