Some News {please read}

So my ankle and wrist is getting better.

Um, its a snow day for me so I get to rest and relax them even more now.

I have been getting no sleep and I need some remedies, help please?

try melotonin, it is the natural chemical your brain makes to make you sleepy, so a supplement may help if you are having trouble. Also calcium and magnesium relax you and help you sleep. hope this helps! ^-^

I also have trouble sleeping maybe you should try some sleep inducing hypnosis videos. Those usually work for me.
