Hello! My name is Tiffany, and I have been diagnosed with anxiety, depression, bipolar type 1 and schizoaffective mental disorders for a few years now.  It is extremely hard for me to function in everyday society, and nearly impossible for me to do it alone.  After discussing it thoroughly with my psychiatrist, we have decided that a psychiatric service dog would be extremely beneficial to my health, both mental and physical.  Unfortunately, the cost of purchasing a qualified dog and the training, food, vet bills, grooming, gear, and other necessities is pretty high up there.  That's where you guys come in! Every single dollar helps and goes towards my Service Dog fund.  Help me help myself. Please.
