Summary: 

 

Minister of taxation - Dead. Slitted throat. Founded in the river.

Minister of Justice - Dead. Hunged in front of the town.

 

Terror spreaded throughout the whole town like wild fire.

Afraid on who might be next.

The town's people called this person, 'Joseon's Slayer'.

Someone who strikes and then disappears.

You never know when the 'Slayer' is going to strike again.

All you know is that...

King Seokjin is furious.
