Yes. Fans need this. If only people understood this. Why do you think I still write DB5K fanfics? Because it's a FANFIC and because I can go back to a place where they're all together and happy. Fans should continue writing OT12 fanfics and continue with their ships even if it's not the same. Fanfics can be a happy place for a lot of people so they should continue writing them. Who knows maybe one day an EXO fan is feeling down and then stumbles upon someone's OT12 fic and they feel better. People should never stop in times like these but just push forward, supporting the group and the individuals in a (weird) special way lol

Ahhh... you're making me cry so early in the morning. But these are good tears. They are sad but they are also happy. Remembering good times with OT12 reminds me of what's been lost but it also reminds me of what's possible. These boys lived a dream that perhaps was too big. Something so big and so amazing cannot last forever, like a candle that burns too hot.
Where I have truly found solace is on AFF, IG and in general with our fandom. After Kris, it was by getting more involved in AFF and after Luhan it has been reminding myself that I'm in the midst of writing my first fanfic with the help of someone I met who lives literally on the opposite side of the earth from me. All of this because I believed in a group called EXO.
I have gained more than I have lost so I will never regret.
Thank you for sharing and keeping us strong, even making me laugh through my tears at the derp we all love. Saranghae to you and to all EXO-Ls.
